The room is very clean, there are many snacks around, there are many fun places, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, the front desk can pick up the daily necessities needed, there is free coffee! Wuxi is so fun! Come to Wuxi and recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

The room was quite spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The wet and dry areas were separate, and the air conditioning was powerful and cool. The lighting in the room was also good. The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues I had. Parking was free, and food deliveries were brought up to the room by a robot, so I didn't have to go downstairs myself, which was very convenient.

I chose this apartment when I arrived in Wuxi, and I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It had everything I needed: a washing machine, hairdryer, a kitchen, a sofa, a table, and chairs. It was small but perfectly formed. The location was also very convenient, close to the subway station. The room was clean and the environment was excellent. It was well-equipped and safe. The customer service staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. I was very satisfied.

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice. There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, greeting everyone with smiles and answering all questions promptly. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and dry, and the bathroom facilities were complete and odor-free; even the corners were impeccably clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and fruits—all made with fresh and delicious ingredients, making for a very satisfying meal. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering exceptional value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city!

It meets the standards of a two-diamond hotel. It's cleaned very well every day. Everything in the room was fine; although water splashes out during the shower, it dries up within two or three hours. There's a sofa by the window in the room, which is very relaxing after a long day. The outdoor corridor has no air conditioning and smells strongly of smoke, but this shouldn't be a big problem for guests only passing through for a few minutes. The hotel's location is good; it's within walking distance of Nanchangxian, Nanchang Temple, and the ancient canal. The subway is accessible to the train station, and a 2-yuan bus ride takes you to Huishan Ancient Town.

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

This hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Wuxi, and it's consistently a fantastic experience. The front desk service is excellent and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. This is my absolute go-to for accommodation in Wuxi! Highly recommend!
