The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a very restful sleep. The facilities were complete and brand new, with stable hot water and good sound insulation. The front desk service was warm, efficient, and very responsive to requests, with thoughtful attention to detail! The only downside is that the price was a bit high. After arriving at Changbai Mountain, I found that similar hotels in the area were only 200-300 yuan, while the Xingcheng hotel I booked was over 500 yuan per night, making the value for money a bit low.

Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. Staying at this hotel during Chinese New Year was such a heartwarming experience! They offer a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and the owner is incredibly kind and genuine. It was difficult to get a taxi during the holiday, so he personally drove us to the Changbai Mountain Tourist Reception Center and even called us in the evening to see if we needed a pick-up. We had a lot of luggage and wanted to mail some of it home, but couldn't during the New Year period. The owner graciously offered to mail it for us after the holiday, free of charge. On New Year's Eve, he even specially prepared some food for us – it truly felt like home for the holidays. The room was clean and tidy, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Choosing this place was the luckiest part of our trip. Definitely five stars, we'll certainly stay here again next time!

the room was quite 'smart', a smart-room it was, just voice out in order to open the blinds, to switch on & off the TV and lights! just give any commands to the AI-room, and 'she' will try her best to fulfill your requests.

Excellent hotel! This time, when I came to Changbai Mountain, I chose Elaf Mediterranean. The location is superb – right outside is the Changbai Mountain ticket office, Wetland Flower Sea, Elk Park, Enduli, and Cloud Top Market. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were warm and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free! The original room rate was already great value for money, and the service quality was top-notch. The facilities are complete, including a smart toilet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, there's free pick-up service from the station! It's super convenient for visiting Changbai Mountain! Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room was spotless, and the shower water temperature was perfect; I could shower continuously without any issues. I'd definitely choose Earl's House Hotel again when I return to Changbai Mountain. The breakfast wontons were especially delicious, freshly made and cooked right there – excellent! 😌

Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest.
