Facilities: All facilities are new and fully equipped with smart technology, comparable to some mainstream first-tier hotels. Environment: It's very dry in Inner Mongolia; the housekeeping staff gave us several bottles of water, which made things a little better. Service: Excellent in all aspects; very close to Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology.

Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

This is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions. Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete. Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good. Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad. Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

This stay was perfect! From the warm and considerate staff at the front desk when checking in, to the warm and elegant room layout, every detail shows the care. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel and travel is convenient. The hotel can also help with laundry, which is great and convenient! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

It was a truly wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, with clean and comfortable panoramic yurts decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen was of high quality. Hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff speak English and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us in planning a one-day program, during which we enjoyed an exciting theatrical performance. The kids especially loved the horse riding and cart rides. There is also a restaurant on the territory, which is very convenient when traveling with children. Highly recommended place!

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

Nice stay, food is available for morning, lunch, dinner extra activities: - go kart - horse riding - dancing and singing from locals during lunch/dinner a performance show available close to here, the owner can sell you the tickets for 140 instead of 280 from the ticket office. sometimes you don’t have warm water, so it might be a bit difficult during winter.

The room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic trip! The owner even upgraded our room for free. The staff also proactively contacted us with directions before our arrival. It's the largest and most legitimate hotel in the area. When checking out, Xiao Jiao even gave some local specialties to my parents. I highly recommend more people to come here!

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The yurt was spacious, the design was a bit old-fashioned and basic but everything was functional. The activities were explained together with their price. I just chose the dinner and it was great. Samples of traditional meals, dances and the unique throat singing,and one could even wear the traditional clothes. Very touristy but fun!The other resorts are quite nearby tho so it wasnt as deserted as I was expecting but still gives one an idea of the grassland atmosphere. The staff was amazing! They took extraordinary care of me. They picked me up on the bus stop even without me requesting it and the next day drove me to the nearest town when the roads got flooded and the buses wouldn't come.They did it for free and my entire stay were really friendly and trying to make me feel welcome 😊

Here's the updated review with that additional context: Full Version We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to one of the owners who went out of their way to organize activities for us and made our experience truly memorable. The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. Balanced Short Version (Google/TripAdvisor): Great experience thanks to one of the owners, who personally organized activities for us.
