The front desk guy was pretty much the same as during the livestream, plus two points. Minuses 1. This is my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel with an interior window, minus five points. 2. No bottle of water when I checked out, minus five points. 3. The price in this small town is 288 yuan per night, almost as high as Hangzhou, minus five points. 4. Not every Four Seasons hotel has that ”whatever” painting you call a livestream room. Truly understanding the hotel experience is what you should be doing, not dwelling on the crappy corporate culture. Five points for your crappy leadership. Summary: It's fine for a quick stay if you're bored, but it's best not to choose it for business travel.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
