The hotel was spotlessly clean, and a pleasant fragrance greeted us upon entry, immediately putting us in a good mood. Both the front desk staff and the housekeepers were incredibly polite. The room itself had many thoughtful touches, designed with guest comfort in mind. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The laundry room on the third floor was well-equipped, and it was very convenient to wash and dry clothes directly. There's also a gym available. When we ran out of bottled water in the room, we called the front desk, and to our delight, a robot delivered a few more bottles – a truly fantastic touch! Next time I'm in Kaifeng, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. It offers incredible value for money! 👍🏻

The luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

The hotel was quite good. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. The room had excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to fully unwind from my travels and sleep very soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was stable with good pressure. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel service was very responsive; any requests were handled promptly and effectively!

The hotel overall is sleek and spacious, with a well-designed layout that feels uncluttered. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a sound and comfortable night's sleep with good ventilation. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it's clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. It's perfectly suited for short trips.

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a huge bonus – I felt like I could just stay in the hotel for days. It's only a three-minute walk to Qingming Shanghe Park, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch the drone show from the balcony at night. The staff were also incredibly friendly and patiently resolved all my issues promptly. Definitely worth staying here!

Our stay at the FunGee Hotel (Gulou Square branch) was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Kaifeng. The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient city, just a 5-minute walk from the Shudianjie Night Market. If you're driving, there's free parking directly opposite the hotel, and it's a convenient drive to places like Xiangguo Temple and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The hotel is a trendy design hotel that opened in 2025. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and accessible directly by elevator. ⚠️ The rooms are spacious and bright. Do note that for inner-facing rooms, the 'floor-to-ceiling window' looks out onto a wall and doesn't offer ventilation. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, high-end toiletries, and a mini-fridge. There's a QR code by the bed for some complimentary items. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is quiet. The lobby offers 24-hour refreshments and drinks. During afternoon tea, there's an unlimited supply of fruits and desserts. Complimentary cocktails are offered every evening, and breakfast is served until 11 AM, with a good variety of tasty options. The front desk staff provided warm and efficient service throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, making it super easy to visit. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was really plentiful. Plus, there's a restaurant right next door that serves amazing soup dumplings, 'San Hen Tang' (three-delicacy soup), and roast duck. All in all, it's a great spot for both sightseeing and dining.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍
