The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic, being close to both Huangjia Old Shop and Kaifeng Museum. Plus, there's a famous traditional pastry shop right at the entrance. After I checked out, I carelessly left an item of clothing behind. The housekeeping staff immediately informed the front desk, who thoughtfully kept it aside for me. They even kindly offered me a bottle of water and some peanut brittle as I was leaving, which was incredibly touching. Although heavy rain unfortunately led to the closure of the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden during my last visit, I absolutely must return next time to truly experience the beauty of Kaifeng. I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This is a new hotel, and the facilities are excellent. The room, bedding, and bathroom are all high-end. They even provide body lotion, conditioner, a scale, and a fantastic hairdryer (like a Dyson!). There's a 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' souvenir, and upon check-in, we received snacks (yogurt and waffles 🧇). The breakfast spread is extensive, and the restaurant is spacious. The shower pressure is really strong. To get to attractions, you'll need to take a taxi or ride an electric bike, as they're about 5-6 kilometers away. It's closest to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, so transportation is quite convenient. The area right outside the hotel is a bit chaotic, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. My only suggestion would be to offer freshly ground coffee; that would truly match the hotel's caliber.

The staff are all very polite and immaculately dressed, offering a service standard comparable to a five-star hotel. The hotel is centrally located near various attractions, with Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden just a 700-meter walk away. The surrounding area is quiet, transportation is convenient, and there's no traffic congestion. Ride-hailing services and shared e-bikes are readily available.

It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, making it super easy to visit. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was really plentiful. Plus, there's a restaurant right next door that serves amazing soup dumplings, 'San Hen Tang' (three-delicacy soup), and roast duck. All in all, it's a great spot for both sightseeing and dining.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

I brought my parents to Kaifeng and specifically chose this hotel because it's close to the scenic spots and has a good reputation. My whole family was very happy with our stay. First, the location is incredibly convenient. There's a walking path from the hotel that leads directly to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, just a few minutes' walk away. No need for a taxi or any hassle. We could just stroll back in the evening. The room was spotless, with no strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and my parents said their backs didn't ache after sleeping, which is truly rare. The soundproofing was also excellent; we barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside at night, ensuring the elders got good rest. What made my parents happiest was the small garden downstairs. They're early risers, so they'd go for a walk in the garden, looking at the flowers and fish. My mom especially loved the flowers and spent a long time taking photos with her phone. There's even a badminton court in the garden. Seeing them happy made this trip worthwhile for me. The service also deserves praise. The front desk staff were very warm and patient in answering all our questions, and they were enthusiastic and polite. All in all, this was a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my family to Kaifeng in the future.

My child really enjoyed talking to Xiaodu (the smart assistant). The room itself was comfortable and had a charming, antique feel. There were two types of slippers to choose from, and even special ones for kids that you can pick up at the front desk on the first floor. Plus, the front desk lady was super helpful, giving us detailed directions on how to get around and explore the area.
