I highly recommend the Modern Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

My stay at麗怡酒店 (Liyi Hotel) was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend the front desk staff, especially the 'angelic' gentleman with the staff ID 'Tian Shi'! He was incredibly friendly throughout, and check-in was super quick. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about directions to the airport and luggage storage. His responsiveness to my needs was incredibly prompt. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Thanks to his thoughtful service, I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'm already a regular, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is new and clean. It occupies several floors of a bigger building. All the facilities work well, including free use of washing machines, which we valued much. There are lots of eating outlets around the hotel, though you will need to take a bus to get to the bigger malls, and the International Bazaar. The bus top is just about 100 to 200m from the hotel, and hence provides easy access. Otherwise, the Didi works too. The breakfast area is small, and the spread is reasonable but not too big, with coffee and bread (for those yearning for western spread). Front desk service is very good, with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was perfect for traveling with kids! The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with soft bedding. The hot water was consistent, and the toiletries were complete. Our child was very comfortable, and the whole family was satisfied. Highly recommended for family trips!

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

Arrived in Urumqi on an early flight, and the Grand Bazaar wasn't open yet. Wanted to freshen up first, so I booked a by-the-hour room. It was super convenient and great value! It's a 10-minute walk to Jinquan Mall and 15 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. Plus, the hotel offers luggage storage! Definitely worth it. They even have hair straighteners available for guests in the lobby – how thoughtful!

The decor is exquisite and the room is spotless. The service is exceptional, especially 'Xiao Ban' at the front desk who was warm and attentive. The location is perfect with great surroundings, quiet at night for a good sleep, and super convenient for getting around. The breakfast is rich and delicious, a great start to the day. Staying here is so comfortable, I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay here. The location is great, and it's clear it's an old hotel that's been renovated. The breakfast, however, was the worst part. The small bowl of noodles and the four wontons were both unappetizing, which might explain the small portions. The coffee on the first floor was good, though; I went there specifically for the coffee and to see the front desk's 'tomato' (referring to a staff member or decoration, likely positive). After checking out and returning my room key, I wanted to use the restroom on the first floor. I was initially told there wasn't one, but then, after clarifying I was a guest, they pointed me to a corner on the first floor. This seems to be a common issue.
