Even though it was raining, we were able to relax indoors. I highly recommend it for families and friends looking to have a lively time together.

For independent travelers like us, all we ever ask for is clean and comfortable accommodation. Although this place is still a 20-minute walk from the Snow Peak bus stop, from the moment the staff were waiting at the entrance to greet us, to opening the door, everything made us feel incredibly happy. The American-style house has floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Alps, and a spacious and comfortable interior. The host thoughtfully prepared all the cooking tools, which greatly satisfied our appetites during our three-day stay. I genuinely recommend this accommodation.

It was very clean and fashionable, probably because it was not built yet. The rooms are large, each room has a toilet and shower, and everyone is very satisfied! It was a pity that I couldn't slow down in the morning because the departure was early. If you have another chance, I will use it. Thank you.

The Shadian building is full of European style. Upon arrival, a hotel attendant will introduce in detail the services provided by the hotel, and provide hot tea and snacks, which is full of ritual and warmth. Although the room is not big, it has a bathtub where you can take a hot bath, which is very comfortable. Since I couldn't catch the free shuttle bus to the ski resort, I returned to the hotel to pick up the luggage and take the highway bus back to Shinjuku. The hotel thoughtfully sent a special car and luggage to the station for free. The service provided by the Japanese is worth learning from the service industry in Hong Kong. As for the food, the breakfast in the morning only had American and Pancake sets to choose from, and the taste was average. For the Japanese food in the hotel that night, I ordered Shabu Shabu. The price was reasonable and the portion was sufficient. On the other hand, the Gilled Fish Meal was smaller in size and more expensive than the beef stew, so it was less cost-effective. What I like the most is the mediocre bowl of udon, so delicious! Overall, this is a 4-star hotel that is definitely worth recommending for its cost-effectiveness.

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!
