BBaconeggsThe hotel is about 6-10 min walk to Sakka Lift. Not much food around for snacks or lunch. Breakfast is good. There’s shuttle bus running early morning and after 3pm.

AAnonymous UserThe price is quite expensive during the snow season. The room with a big bed is 5000+, and adding a sofa bed is 300 more. This hotel is marked as a four-star hotel, but it is marked as a three-star hotel by Google search. It is not run by local Japanese people, and the sanitary environment is really average. The large bath is sticky, there are floating hairs in the pool, and towels are thrown everywhere. The room uses carpets, but the vacuuming is not thorough. I have to wear a mask and turn on the purifier to feel comfortable because of dust allergies. The breakfast is all European, without any Japanese soup or the like, and mainly cold food. I wanted to use the dryer, but when I entered, there were socks all over the floor, and the dryer was full of black hair. On the day of the pick-up, it was promised to arrive in 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes and called again to say that there were other things on the way. Not recommended, if you want to come to Hakuba, it is recommended to book another hotel.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in the newly renovated new wing of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and hygienic. The view outside the room was very beautiful. The staff were also very enthusiastic. In addition, free drinks and noodles were provided after taking a bath. I will definitely choose it again next time. here

There is a big restaurant 2 minutes away by foot, It is only open at night, and it is a good Japanese restaurant.
Features hot stone facilities. The bathroom in the room is relatively simple, and the public bathing place has to go to the annex a few buildings away.

We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserCome to Hakuba Village Iwadake to see the autumn leaves. The air is fresh and there is a sense of open space. The place to stay is very warm and the landlord’s meticulous reception allows us to rest and regain our strength. Next time we will come to experience the good snow scene.

MM359073****The hotel is located next to the cable car. If you just enjoy skiing every day, it is most convenient to stay in this hotel, ski in and ski out. If you also want to go shopping, the transportation is not very convenient, but the hotel has a free shuttle bus, but you have to make an appointment in advance. There is breakfast in the morning and a buffet sukiyaki in the evening. I travel alone and I am at the ski resort every day, so it is very convenient for me. I can go back to the hotel to rest and lie down when I am tired at noon, and continue in the afternoon and evening~ The hotel can buy the most favorable tickets for the ski resort every day. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the place where you can rent ski equipment. There are discounts for renting ski equipment when you stay in the hotel! ! To be honest, it is really convenient. If you don’t like trouble, just close your eyes and check in! The service of the hotel staff is very good, and the above is only my personal opinion.

GGuest UserVery welcoming guesthouse owner, the owner family kindly provide me breakfast and shuttle service to bus terminal, which I very appreciate and help my a lot in the snowy conditions.
The bedroom I stayed are clean and tidy. The guesthouse comes with cozy bathrooms, small onsen and even a Finnish sauna room, a very comfortable to stay after a ski day.
