SSIRIWAN AVery very nice staff and everything are very good ❤️including dinner and breakfast. We came here in a low season (end of November) so many restaurants were close. Very quiet town, have to visit here again in a high season.

AAnonymous UserThe price is quite expensive during the snow season. The room with a big bed is 5000+, and adding a sofa bed is 300 more. This hotel is marked as a four-star hotel, but it is marked as a three-star hotel by Google search. It is not run by local Japanese people, and the sanitary environment is really average. The large bath is sticky, there are floating hairs in the pool, and towels are thrown everywhere. The room uses carpets, but the vacuuming is not thorough. I have to wear a mask and turn on the purifier to feel comfortable because of dust allergies. The breakfast is all European, without any Japanese soup or the like, and mainly cold food. I wanted to use the dryer, but when I entered, there were socks all over the floor, and the dryer was full of black hair. On the day of the pick-up, it was promised to arrive in 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes and called again to say that there were other things on the way. Not recommended, if you want to come to Hakuba, it is recommended to book another hotel.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in the newly renovated new wing of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and hygienic. The view outside the room was very beautiful. The staff were also very enthusiastic. In addition, free drinks and noodles were provided after taking a bath. I will definitely choose it again next time. here

食物很好，早餐食物種類算多，每天湯類不同，晚膳是入住時另加，有飯、牛火鍋、豬火鍋供選擇，三樣味道皆一流。
房間乾淨企理，空間寬敞，如需要毛巾、消毒用品、紙巾，可到前台詢問，會即時給予客戶替換。
位置方便，鄰近有滑雪用具租借店鋪，徒步幾分鐘便到滑雪場。旅館內有地方擺放滑雪用具，從另一正門進入便可到達。（不過離最近7-11有30分鐘步行路程）
旅館有溫泉桑拿，幾次去都剛好沒有人，體驗很寧靜清幽，很好！

HHUANFamily hotel, the hotel is very simple, the transportation is very convenient, the room is cold and hot, and it is impossible to take a shower. But the hotel's own hot spring is great and the breakfast is delicious. The boss is family-friendly. But the 1600 New Year's Eve can't be said to be cost-effective

QQiaoGreat experience. It is very close to the service hall of Wulong Snow Park, and it takes up to 5 minutes to walk there. The shop assistants are very friendly, especially the Japanese brother who can speak a little Chinese is very enthusiastic. The facilities are also good. The three-person Japanese-style Japanese-style room sleeps well enough. There is a public outdoor hot spring, and there are chess and cards and small toys next to the restaurant on the ground floor. Great experience, look forward to staying next snow season next year.
