Outstanding
EEsc ECThe place is great. It feels very new and the living space was very good. We booked the 2 bedroom with loft. The loft do have another 2 beds, so the apartment can easy stay 6 people. However, there is only one shower and toilet. So it might be a little busy there during peak hour 😂. A good thing is they are seperated.
We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we visit again. We drove, so location was not an issue for us.
態態度旅行I absolutely love this hotel. I'd definitely stay there again. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The onsen was excellent. A few days here in the winter would be a real treat.
GGuest UserPros: It's close to the ski lift, which provides access to all the slopes.
There's a rental shop nearby for skis, snowboards, and sleds for kids.
The staff sometimes drove us to the store or main street.
It's beautiful on the outside, and on sunny days, there's a stunning mountain view from the window.
Cons: The breakfast was meager and repetitive. Dinner was expensive – ¥4000 per adult, so we didn't even go and ate elsewhere.
The room was freezing cold! It didn't warm up all day, even with the air conditioning set to 30 degrees Celsius. Especially the futon area – it felt like a 'cold shower' (literally, a 'sobering-up room').
Bottom line – I don't recommend this hotel.
Kkana.tabiThe meals in the evening and in the morning were delicious! I went in the middle of summer, but it was so cool and comfortable that I was able to sleep with the windows open at night without turning on the air conditioner. I was a little worried about the unisex toilets on the second floor, but the toilets on the first floor were separated for men and women, so I used the one on the first floor.
The owner was also very kind, and after checking out, he drove me to the nearest station. This was very helpful as I had a lot of luggage. The price was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would like to use this hotel again on my next summer trip to Nagano.
EElvissssThis is a homestay opened by a Taiwanese boss
Because there are emergencies that need to be communicated in Japanese
So I am very fortunate to choose this one to make the matter successfully resolved.
Although the accommodation space is not big, it is very comfortable.
However, it is recommended not to bring a large suitcase, otherwise it will be compressed into space.
But the public space underneath them is very comfortable. There are two nights of dinners there. You can also have a good rest and chat.
There is also a free washing machine, which is very helpful
If a large group of friends want to come in the future, they will want to live in the private villa!
GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel for the past two Decembers. Overall, it is reasonably priced, conveniently located near the ski resorts, and has a bus shuttle stop right in front that runs between the hotel and the ski areas. The onsen is a great bonus, especially after a day of skiing.
However, I must say that the breakfast is not as good as last year, and the service has declined slightly compared to our previous stay. The open-air onsen is not as clean as before, and the indoor onsen also shows signs of neglect, with used towels piled in the corner.
GGuest UserCome to Hakuba Village Iwadake to see the autumn leaves. The air is fresh and there is a sense of open space. The place to stay is very warm and the landlord’s meticulous reception allows us to rest and regain our strength. Next time we will come to experience the good snow scene.
GGuest UserIdeal location. The rooms in the main building have bathrooms. The rooms are large. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is wifi. Parking is convenient. However, the drying room does not have much drying effect. The room has heating. The hotel is actually very good in all aspects. High cost performance. You can choose to add some small purse breakfast. Because I went skiing early in the morning, I had to add it. It is a Japanese breakfast. Don't expect too much in style.
