The serviced apartment is conveniently located near a bank downstairs and many restaurants and cafes. The room is clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with an induction cooker, pots and pans, and complete toiletries. A dedicated laundry lady washes and neatly folds the laundry before delivering it to the room. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Haiphong.

It is a great place to stay. Convenient to move around but what is most important is the staff. Breakfast is great in a nicely decorated place with team ready to serve you. Three flavors coffee or a hot cup of tea. I also personally want to thank Mr. Dat Nguyen. I forgot my passport and wallet in the room. He manage the crisis very well and I feel well supported as the hotel in Hanoi will not offer me a room without passport. He shared my passport copy till the passport physically arrived which took three hours. Thank you once again.

good location , also we enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop. breakfast was also nice. i highly recommend this place 💯

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

We booked the hotel in advance on Trip.com, and upon arrival, we decided to stay and not go to Ha Long, as there was no point in changing hotels. The price for extending our stay at the reception and on Trip.com turned out to be identical. Pros: location, relatively recently renovated. Cons: cleaning, lazy service, terrible soundproofing, and a damp smell in the hallway.

At that time, I booked for one day because I couldn't determine the length of my work. I wanted to renew the reservation but there were no rooms left. The environment was very good. The French balcony facing the street was also very practical and clean.

Paul Chabot is a charming boutique hotel with a lovely, vintage-inspired design and a prime central location. Our room was immaculately clean and provided a comfortable base for exploring the city. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and pleasant stay. While the nostalgic aesthetic is beautiful, the open-air design of the courtyard and corridors can sometimes let outside noise echo quite loudly, which is something to be mindful of. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers who appreciate unique, elegant design and a superb location.

Service and communication was fantastic. The host showed us around and explained a bit how the fish farming worked. You have freedom to do whatever you want and a safe place to go swimming. Keep in mind you are there for the time being so you might want to take some supplies.
