The Hotel is great, I will stay again.    The gym could use more attention.   No water bottles.   The drink fountain had no cups.  Day after day no new towels were added.    The pool was empty, although it was winter.   Breakfast was great.   Room was great.   Location was great.   Highly recommend.

I've had afternoon tea at Hualuxe Hotel on Hengshan Road and knew the environment was good, so I avoided the peak hours during Labor Day and came to Huaqiao to find a hotel to stay for two nights. The room was very spacious and the decoration was in the style we like, grand and upscale. The customer service capper Huang Ziyang's service was just right. He looked very smart when he was working, thumbs up 👍. The hotel has convenient transportation, ample parking spaces, and can be reached directly by subway if you don't drive.

This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt.
