GGuest UserThe service and facilities of this hotel are really surprising! Service: The front desk speaks softly and is very warm. Facilities: The bedding in the room is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom equipment is of high quality and easy to use. The public area is full of design, whether it is the lobby or the lounge area, it is very atmospheric and comfortable, such as the green plants and warm lights everywhere.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing hotel, the rooms are immaculate and mine had a view of Potalo palace.
The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!
