"This is a wonderful hotel and my favorite spot was up at the adult pool on the 5th floor. Good size infinity lap pool and quiet compared to the also gorgeous pool below. The hotel price itself was on the high end but given the choices in Langkawi I would stay here again."

"I had a really disappointing experience at your hotel, and I feel compelled to share my grievances regarding the front desk service. Firstly, I needed a razor, which should have been a simple request. However, when I called the front desk, they just hung up on me. I had to make three calls and was eventually transferred to housekeeping before the razor was delivered. It was incredibly frustrating. Later, I asked the front desk to collect the room service tray from our balcony because we have a lot of small animals, and I was concerned about them getting into the food. The front desk promised to take care of it but never showed up. The next morning, I called four times, and each time the front desk staff assured me that someone would come, but no one ever did. As a result, the birds got into the food and made a mess all over the balcony. To make matters worse, the water in the shower was dirty and yellow. When the room was cleaned, they forgot to replace one of the bath towels and didn't put out any slippers. To top it all off, the bed sheets were changed twice, but both times they were dirty. It was really disappointing and unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of service from your hotel."

"Overall I had a very nice stay here, their staffs were very helpful and attentive. The resort is a bit secluded but understandable since they have private beach. Remember to arrange ur transportation like renting a car earlier. The Grab price from resorts to other locations are very expensive. And I don’t suggest renting motorcycles coz at night the road that lead to the resort is very dark and eerie I must say haha. The beach was clean, our room was so big and we can turn the tv to our bedside haha! Lotsss of electric plugs. Movies options was a lot. Facilities are also a lot. Bath tub has bath salt okayy yall! The swimming pool near their cafe is a bit scary though coz it’s really deep like head level deep with no life guard on duty. The price of their foods & drinks were definitely on the higher price side. But we didn’t mind coz there was a night market on Friday just 9mins from the resort. The downside is the rooms that are not ocean view don’t have an elevator so it can be tiring to go up and down. They have quite a lot of breakfast options, but the taste are only so so. But i did enjoy my stay here! 🩷"

"Everything was perfect. Plenty of restaurants , very helpful staff very good breakfast This was my 3rd time to Berjaya Hotel and Resort before it was 4 star hotel now they have upgraded to the 5* Hotel & Resort. I like the rainforest chalets are very relaxable in a jungle itself. I request them if they can put extra handle shower or a small tap because sometimes you need to wash only feet, its not good to use the ceiling shower and get wet all body.,"

"We booked Premium Ocean Twin Suite, comes with 2 bedrooms (king sized beds). It’s spacious and very comfy place to stay. We love it. It is not directly accessible to the beach but we rented a car so it’s very near with a car ride. Service is excellent. It is actually at the apartment building section since it is a premium suite. We have a small feedback i.e the shower room floor is easily flooded after a shower and took a while for the water to drain out. We have feedback this to the receptionist. The rest was alll good ! We will come back again"

"Amazing place for kids! Everyone was so personable and hospitable and my 9yo felt comfortable wandering around the hotel on her own (especially as staff made the effort to learn her name!). She was so happy she wrote a thank you card to Creamy - guest relations extraordinaire :). The kids amenities are super cute and roti canai breakfast super yummy. The Peranakan restaurant super delicious and beautiful too!"

"Great experience in Datai Langkawi. The best resort hotel in Langkawi or in Malaysia i would say. Nice atmosphere if you like to be in a quiet and serene place. Great food and great hospitality. A special shoutout to Hafizam for the guest attending service and Gaurav from the The Dining. Also to the Botanists Ms Ezy. Will come back for sure!"

"Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel truly special. The butler service was impeccable, assisting with our check-in and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. We were delighted to receive a suite upgrade, which made our experience even more luxurious. Breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent à la carte selection and attentive service. The hotel itself offers a serene and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing getaway. While the beach does experience low tide with shallow waters at times, it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the resort at all. Overall, The St. Regis Langkawi exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, beautiful setting, and luxurious touches. Highly recommended for a tranquil and indulgent retreat! "Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!"

"Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back."
