Horrid experience . Not good at all

Stopped here for a work trip. Room Is really nice and clean. Owners and staff clearly take pride in the presentation. The pub downstairs is spot on, local pub feel. Beer is clear and crisp. Bar staff are super friendly. Local area is nice also. Nothing bad to say at all, will deffo stay again.

What an unexpected gem. I was given a beautifully appointed suite above this cosy and welcoming pub. The room was spotless, thew bed was big and comfy, and the room was full of lovely touches. The staff were friendly and more than helpful. Oh, they serve a decent pint too!

contents in room not as advertised. we understood on booking that water bottle was supplied in the room and breakfast available. Neither of these evident on check in. only for a call to the guest from ourselves to ensure they were ok was this issue identified.

At the last minute we had to change our booking due to work schedules which was easily rectified, Upon arrival we were handed the keys to the rooms we booked for our overnight stay by a freindly guy known as sam. He was helpful pointed us in the right direction of the local shops for supplies, ie tabacco . Very impressed with the rooms mine was a suite, very clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean , very powerful shower and hot 💧 Bed was nice and comfy. The larger was on point too. Thoroughly recommend if you need a place to stay, will definitely be back 👍

Could have been cleaner. Location was convenient for me but the room could have been cleaner.

Not good I did have issues here I reported them to the hotel. They were very apologetic. Wouldn’t be looking to book any time in the future.

Really nice room above a quiet pub, excellent breakfast selection. Places to walk and run straight from the door.
