They gave a room for 5 person that max. 15 sqm. Moving in the room is nearly impossible. Our room door opens directly the breakfast area and we woke up with forks, knives and plates sounds almost 6 am.

Value for Money

This is a hotel where you can stay for a day inexpensively in Strasbourg. This room feels a bit like a youth hostel, so it would be better to stay with friends rather than family.

The hotel is within walking distance from the station and nearby attractions. The matching parking lot has a discounted price for parking, and the price is reasonable. I think I can stay here again next time

Unfriendly!

The room was modern, clean and heated. The bathroom was sufficient. We had a small leek in the shower. There was only one elevator which we had to wait for several times. At checkin we aldo had to wait a considerable amount of time till the receptionist came. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising. Many choices and the staff in charge of it was very helpful, friendly and constantly making sure nothing was running out and that everything was clean.

Very nice staff, excellent location, quiet and just perfect size room for me and my family.

It was very hot outside and A/C wasn't working. You can open the windows, but it's a very busy area, even during the night. It makes it hard to sleep with the lights from the train station and the constant noise from the area.

*********attention******* Shocking hotel, they advertise that there is air conditioning. We changed 2 rooms and neither of them has air conditioning only hot fan rooms #310 and 410. you sit sweating in your room.... It seems no air conditioning all rooms, I talk with another guests. Very very small rooms. Excellent location! Asked to talk with the manager and they told that she will not be 2 weeks. The water in the shower flows weakly. It looks like a hotel that is not maintained at all.

Perfectly fine room, clean and comfortable. Great location to attractions and train connections are just across the street. Really enjoyed the breakfast as they had some extra healthy additions to the normal continental selection. They supplied a kettle when we requested one. Nice staff.

Staff very friendly. Very close to walk to main attractions. Clean.

Hotel is close to thr train station.

Simple but did the job. Worst aspect was not their fault. Noisy family and apartment next door. Offered to keep bags even after i checked out.

The air conditioning was very hot when I checked-in the receptionist was kind and friendly and tried to offer us free breakfast at the hotel but we could not sleep that night because of the hot air from the A/C and when tried to open the window the noise from the cars was annoying They changed the room the next day but it was not much better than the first one
