Can't flatter me, it's getting worse, I didn't even have towels on the first day of stay, and 2 people were assigned to the first elevator and the last one at the end of the corridor. There are too many invisible corners of selective hygiene for the second day of staying!

Except for an older lady with glasses and a tattoo on the front desk who had a bad attitude, the others were very good. The other front desk staff, especially the younger ones, were all smiles, which made people feel comfortable.

房間還是挺乾淨的，不錯，特別誇一下自助早餐，真的很不錯，吃的很好也很開心，一家人都很滿意👍樓層阿姨挺好的，很有禮貌哦

入住感覺很差勁！！連續入住兩天 晚上入住的 第二天一早出去後沒有經過同意就擅自進入房間打掃？圖一是自帶的洗漱用品 圖二是晚上回來準備洗漱 發現自己的洗漱用品沒有了！怕明天聯繫 還以為私自藏起來了 然後故意找事 所以晚上直接電話聯繫前台詢問情況 前台表示現在太晚 得明天處理 ok 第二天一早 再次聯繫前台 前台表示 打掃客房是不會隨意亂動客人的東西的 嗯 我的牙刷自己長腿跑的 第二晚晚上回房刷卡按電梯 房卡怎麼刷也刷不了 按鍵跟壞了似的 沒辦法 衹能找前台 然後前台的意思是不小心給我們消磁了 有點搞笑 入住的幾天 都不知道 設備是有多落後第三天一早準備退房了 剛好遇到了打掃客房的阿姨 上前詢問了一下 阿姨説 是打掃的 沒有見過我的牙刷 更不會去扔 不承認 牙刷沒了是小事情 也還好少的是牙刷 要是是別的物品 也不會承認的咯？所以到最後也沒有給個説法 就很無語！！連住兩天 期間需要打掃什麼？換個新拖鞋？換個垃圾袋？天天換新拖鞋 不如換個質量好的拖鞋 住之前紙杯不多備幾個 快走了 多了幾個紙杯 是擺了看的嗎 建議下次連續入住的朋友們 記得跟前台多説一句 不要進入到房間打掃！！！（早上洗漱完很隨意的把牙刷放入到紙杯裏 並不知道會有人來打掃 就算需要進行打掃 也應該跟客人溝通一下吧 扔掉紙杯換新的 連帶着牙刷一起 我的牙刷很像一次性的嗎）
