房間小褥子上有明顯的血跡，沙發前面的地板上有粘稠的液體都幹掉了，餐廳座椅多數都是臟的；床頭電話拿起來撥通前台電話後有異響，隔音很差；晚上給前台打電話換小褥子，來的妹妹拿了床單被套，在確認了血跡的位置是在床單下面以後問我，那還要給您更換嗎？如果不需要換我打什麼電話呢～

一開始沒注意看，大床房是沒窗户的（對着走廊過道，等同於沒有）。換成靠窗的以後也是沒有景觀可言。不知道青劍湖景觀房如何。晚上可以在酒店後面在湖邊走走。
設施老舊，沒把手螺絲釘脱落，床頭燈會忽然掉下來……
早上着急出門去見客户，結果電梯也壞了
房間裏面的茶葉不錯，早餐也可以。

服務員態度誠懇有禮，我訂普通房直接幫忙升級有窗房，也提醒有免費消夜提供，非常貼心。房間乾淨，設施非常齊全，洗澡的水大很熱，非常舒服。床墊與枕頭也非常舒服。酒店提供早餐也很多選擇，有面/炒飯/粥等。酒店位置去陽澄湖及比斯特購物中心也很近，自行車去環湖遊很方便，所以個人覺得挺滿意的酒店。

房間整潔挺安靜的，前台兩位小姐姐特別有親和力，給我房卡時提醒我怎麼上電梯，出電梯右拐直走這樣到達房間最近，特別細心，房卡袋子裏直走有寫有wife密碼的卡片，這點也特別好，大多數酒店要麼可以直接聯網，要麼還得打電話給前台要密碼，所以這個葯點讚的！第二天退房時我有凍的東西需要裝，給了我一個硬版塑料的那種，還有個蝴蝶結，不同於普通酒店的塑料袋或紙袋布袋，覺得這幾個點讓我印象深刻。有個建議，就是在燒水區上方裝個筒燈就更好了，更明亮些。

和妹子週末自駕來陽澄湖旅遊放鬆，作為一個住慣了亞朵的出差黨果斷選了鄰近的亞朵，離景區9-10公里，開車挺方便的，停車也很友好，車位還是不少的。服務體驗整體不錯，美中不足是4月剛開始有些升温，中央空調統一製冷的情況下單間空調沒辦法開制熱…總的來説體驗還是不錯的，有機會再來玩
