Element Suzhou Science and Technology Town

This hotel, part of the Marriott group, immediately made us feel welcome. As soon as we got out of the car, staff warmly helped us with our luggage. As Marriott members, we received a welcome amenity – a small cake accompanied by a thoughtful card alerting us to allergy considerations, a detail that truly showcases excellent management. We particularly appreciated the warm and prompt assistance from the Housekeeping Manager, Wang Shushu, during our stay. Overall, the management here seems superior to other Marriott hotels of the same caliber. The surrounding area also offers convenient dining, tourist attractions, and is easily accessible by car.

We stayed at Element Suzhou Science and Technology Town with our kids during the National Day holiday, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Chu, was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and even proactively helping with our luggage – truly heartwarming service. The hotel's lawn bubble time activity was super fun, and our little one had a blast. Even with a huge number of guests, they managed to provide attentive service to everyone without compromising quality. It's a perfect spot for a family vacation and definitely worth revisiting!

Overall, it was excellent, and I'd particularly like to commend the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she told us about local attractions and the hotel's free family activities. The pool was very clean, and even during the holidays, it wasn't crowded. The entire pool is 1.2m deep, which is great for kids, and there were lifeguards present. In the afternoon, the kids also took part in a sugar painting family activity, and parents could enjoy tea and snacks – it was very thoughtful! We needed to charge our electric car, but all the spots were taken. The front desk staff even monitored the surveillance cameras for us and notified us as soon as a car started up and was about to leave. They were truly very responsible! The surrounding scenery is also beautiful, and it's not crowded. We'll definitely consider staying here again for future family trips.

A very pleasant stay, I'll definitely come back for my next business trip. The service was excellent.

This Marriott-branded hotel, with its naturalistic design, is perfect for family trips. Parking is very convenient. The two large beds are spacious enough for four people. The front desk staff are lovely and provide warm service. It has a courtyard and a swimming pool, and the breakfast variety is decent. While it's not as good as Courtyard, considering the room rate and its category, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

It was pretty good overall, just no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

The check-in process was very smooth, thanks to Xiaochu at the front desk. She was efficient and had a pleasant attitude, and she went out of her way to help with our small requests. Overall, there were no unpleasant surprises, and it's definitely a place worth staying at.

The hotel is great, highly recommended! The rooms are a decent size, and the environment is lovely. The restaurant isn't big, but it has everything you need. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

The hotel environment is great, and the staff are very friendly. The twin beds are 1.5 meters wide and very comfortable, with excellent bedding. I had a wonderful night's sleep.
