Nice location and modern style! We like the restaurants downstairs and shops. I’ve tried the SPA worth the visit.

This location is very convenient right by the shopping malls and subway station. Plenty of restaurants. Hotel is very modern with voice controlled..better learn some chinese if you want the AC to be oerated properly. May be 小度 the AI wont undertand your chinese pronunciation. Over all a great hotel.

The mattress and bed cover are the best. A large and comfortable room.

The pretty lady provided good service. She sent flowers when I checked out today. She solved any problems immediately. She also sent fruits and yogurt later. I give the lady 100 points!!!

The third extended stay still maintained a high level of service! It was my first time staying at the Vienna Hotel in Suzhou. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was excellent and enthusiastic, check-in was fast, and the facilities were convenient. I will stay here again next time!

I went to East Taihu Lake and Tongli and stayed overnight temporarily. Although the hotel is a little far from the city and Tongli, fortunately, there is a subway downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel room is spacious, fully equipped, intelligently controlled, clean and tidy, the toilet is automatically flushed, the air conditioning effect is good, no noise, the curtains have a good shading effect, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the width is a little narrow. It is definitely no problem for one person. If you bring a child, it will have a slight impact, but it is not a big problem. The elevator swipes the card to go upstairs, which is very safe. The surrounding facilities of the hotel can be called the ceiling. There are four shopping malls at one intersection, namely Wuyue Plaza, MixC, Future Plaza and Wuyue West Street. It is so convenient to eat, shop, watch movies, and stroll around. A good choice for rest and relaxation during the trip!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel facilities are complete, the decoration is novel, the environment is comfortable, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete, and parking is free. The front desk service is professional and thoughtful, the staff has a good attitude, solves problems quickly, serves customers warmly and attentively, and checks in quickly. The hotel is in a prime location, adjacent to the subway station, surrounded by shopping malls, convenient transportation, rich shopping and dining, and convenient travel. I checked in in the afternoon. Maybe because the room had just been cleaned, there was a strange smell, like the bathroom smell, a fishy smell. The bathroom curtains were broken and not repaired. The hotel's sound insulation was very poor. There were all kinds of noises all night. The next day, check-out time had not arrived yet. I went out and came back. The elevator card swipe did not work. I went to the front desk to refresh it, and then I couldn't get into the room again. . I had to go to the front desk to refresh it again. . . I was speechless.

The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. And the location is good, there are three shopping malls nearby, and the subway station is a few minutes' walk away. You can take the subway directly to the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. The cost performance is also high, it is worth recommending!
