Disadvantages: The hotel lobby is on a high floor and the elevator is a bit difficult to wait for during peak hours; it would be better if the hotel had harder pillows! The merits outweigh the flaws. I met three hotel employees, Xiaoting, Manager Zhao and Jiamei, who received me in turn. They were very considerate and enthusiastic towards me.
