The hotel is a traditional hotel, very grand, and in a good location. There is a bus stop and a subway station right outside, and the business district is only a dozen minutes' walk south. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and responsible, introducing us to the city memories on the eighth floor, and helped to bring the takeaway to the door of the room. I will choose Kunlun Hotel again next time I come.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

The hotel is very conveniently located!! It is very close to Hotan Second Street. It is also a very pet-friendly hotel! When they learned that we were bringing our dog, they prepared a small nest and bowl for the dog. Although most pet owners bring their own, it is enough for them to have this kind of heart ❤️ You can basically order Xinjiang specialty food takeout around here, and there are robots to deliver it to your door, so you don’t need to go down to get the takeout yourself

After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

The hotel is new and clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room is spacious, the customer service is very warm and considerate, and it is also a pet-friendly hotel, very tolerant of pets. There are parks and green paths near the hotel for walking dogs, and Wanda Plaza is next to it, which is very convenient for eating, traveling and shopping.

He helped me deliver the suitcases to the room and helped me load the luggage into the car when I checked out. He was responsive to all my requests. The hotel has convenient transportation and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area. I had a buffet lunch in the hotel, which was very good and cost-effective. Xiao Sa also introduced the attractions in Urumqi. The service was really great.

It is very close to Nanhu Square, and you can go for a walk after dinner. It is a half-hour drive from the airport. The overall experience of this stay is good. It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.
