What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.

Basically, it's a residence, so don't expect hotel-like services. It might be challenging if you're not an experienced traveler. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to change the towels on the second night 😑. There aren't enough elevators for the number of people. There are KTVs and clubs nearby, so you can hear loud bass until late at night. Also, there are a lot of families, so if you're not keen on children, be aware.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable. Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨ Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

The hotel facilities are brand new and security is excellent. There's a bean sprout chicken restaurant right next door that I highly recommend! The owner speaks Cantonese and a little Mandarin. Be sure to order the bean sprout chicken and the meatball soup.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

Getting from the parking lot to the elevator was easy, but there are stairs, either up or down, depending on your parking level. The air conditioning vent was missing its cover. The curtains were only a single layer and had some damage.
