The location is pretty good, about a 15 minute walk from Liberty Square metro and bus stop for bus 337 to/from the airport. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room is modern, but not kept particularly well; cleaning was average, but not terrible. Overall, the hotel provides pretty good value for Tbilisi.

Perfect area in downtown, no 27/7 service, nice staff

The place is very peaceful and clean. The location is quite easy to find and you can walk to places, not close to the tourist places that much though. The service was nice even they cannot speak English that much but we were using Google translating so it was okay.

Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone..budget friendly still offering most of the facilities..very clean and hygienic..great location..very close to liberty square..and very friendly staffs. They also allowed us to do early checkin upon our request since we were very tired and had arrived early morning.

Nice for sleep)

It is about 700 meters away from Freedom Square. You can find it by following the navigation. It's a separate house, very quiet. I stayed there for five days and hardly ever met the owner, although I had an access card. Don't ask for housekeeping, never come into your room. You can see the Holy Trinity Church and the Mother Statue from the room.

The hotel owner and staff are very nice! They are warm and helpful. I am very satisfied. The location of the hotel is also very good, 500 meters away from Freedom Square and 5 minutes walk. There are many buses from Freedom Square, which can go to various places in Tbilisi. It is very convenient to take the bus and subway for tourism. The waiting time is not long. I like this city very much. The urban traffic planning is very friendly, which can take care of those who drive and walk without disturbing each other. There is basically no traffic jam when driving.

The room is nice, close to Freedom Square, and there are many old and new buildings in the surrounding blocks. There is no one on the street at night, but it is still very safe. The owner doesn't understand English, so communication is a bit difficult, and the translation software doesn't work. Just follow common sense.

The hotel is not bad, in the old city. It is located a little on the mountain, we had to go up from the side of Freedom Square. We were checked in at 8 am, for which we are very grateful, because we were very tired after the night flight

It is relatively close to Freedom Square, with convenient transportation. There are many cars passing by on the road side of the room, and the noise is very loud, while the room near the courtyard is relatively quiet. It is called a hotel, but it is actually a B&B.

The room corresponds to the price. No frills, clean, comfortable. We were greeted warmly. The location is convenient, nearby (5 minutes) there is an excellent restaurant, wineries, supermarkets, pharmacies - everything is within walking distance.

The accommodation is clean, not far from tourist attractions, and is close to the city center.
