Our family had a wonderful six-day stay at Illume Taipei, and we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. The hotel is surrounded by multiple 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores, ensuring that snacks, essentials, and quick meals are always within reach. In fact, there’s even a 7-Eleven located inside the hotel itself, which adds to the overall convenience. For families traveling with young children, the accessibility to medical facilities is a major plus. A hospital is located nearby, and a pediatric clinic is just a two-minute walk away, providing peace of mind in case of any unexpected health concerns. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful layout and cleanliness made it a welcoming space to return to after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, Illume Taipei offers a fantastic balance of comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it an excellent choice for both families and travelers looking for a hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

I had stayed in this hotel for 4 nights together with my parents. The location is great, we travelled easily to everywhere with the metro and took a bus to “JiuFen“ 九分, the bus stop was just right in front of the hotel. And there is a lift just a few steps away from the 7-11 below the hotel, which connect to the underground walkway that lead to metro station. This was really great for my old parents who can’t really walk fast and far. The hotel doesn’t provide any tooth brush, tooth paste, etc. which you usually get in other hotels, you need to bring yours.

The Grand Hotel is amazing! Historic, beautiful architecture, wonderful service, clean rooms, excellent delicious buffet breakfast and lunch! We checked out and within a few minutes, housekeeping went in and discovered we left a charger in the room. They brought it for us. I took the hotel history tour including the secret escape tunnel. Overall amazing !! Highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by both its location and service. The hotel is conveniently situated near the MRT, with plenty of coffee shops and department stores just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and although the in-room amenities were somewhat limited, the front desk was more than happy to provide anything we needed upon request. During our stay, our baby unfortunately got sick from food poisoning, which left the bed sheets and towels in a bad state. Despite it being 2 AM, the duty manager promptly knocked on our door and offered help, including checking if we needed assistance going to the hospital. I was deeply touched by their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful moment. Thanks to the great service and ideal location, I’ll definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

Best hotel in Taipei. The hotel is wonderful and the attention to details is outstanding. Furthermore the staff is delicate and very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Absolutely perfect in every sense. The rooms are well appointed, luxurious and spotless with the best air conditioning system and the biggest bathtub and bathrooms. The mini fridge and snacks are complementary and replenished everyday. The breakfast team is great and remembers where we like to sit. The staff are super polite and eager to help. Eslite stay as you are and don’t change. You have stolen my heart and I will yearn to return next time I visit Taipei.

It has always been my family's first choice to stay in Cozzi Hotel Zhongxiao for my trip to Taipei. The location and convenience are second to none, and the choices of breakfast are quite a lot and suitable for both kids and elderly. The nice and decent room are just right for us. The park nearby offers a nice place for my family especially the kids ro enjoy and relax. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!

I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return, having experienced a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in the executive suite for an unforgettable Taipei experience!

Super lovely staff at the counter, friendly and helpful in giving suggestions. They can help to book transport to the airport and tours if needed. Room is clean and spacious for a room for three people. Shower and toilet is separated. Location is super near exit 4 of NTU hospital on the red line which is near many famous spots. Room cleaning has to be pre-booked which can be done at the counter. Tea and coffee are available too. Laundry operates on a coin basis but they provide a coin machine. Enjoyed my stay here a lot ❤️

Such an awesome experience. Hotel staffs are accommodating with complimentary popcorn and cocktail drinks while you’re still waiting on your check-in time. Free laundry and you can borrow flat iron for your clothes. 3mins walk going to Ximen station exit 6 and nearby food stores and shops. If you google map it don’t be confuse coz that’s inside of Shinjuku Plaza near the store of Crispy Milk Donut.
