Homeinn Plus Hotels in Taiyuan

The room was a bit small and not square, but neat and clean. After I moved in, there was a customer service call immediately and asked if the room was satisfied. I was afraid of trouble and told her that I was satisfied. I guess if I said I was not satisfied, they might be adjusted by me. The hotel is very close to Taiyuan Station. Turn left and go for 10 minutes to arrive. Note: Don't go underground.

It is very close to the train station, but the hotel is newly renovated. The smell of formaldehyde in the room is very strong. When I opened the window, I found that the window was broken. It seemed that no one had lived in the room for a long time and it had not been cleaned. The bath towels and towels were linted, and the bed was still wet in summer. The winter quilt, mattress and pillows are all made of memory foam. The mattress is very high and not very comfortable, and the air conditioner is not cool, making the stay very uncomfortable.

設施：設施比較標準的如家連鎖酒店配置，前台和1樓有讀書角以及特色的服裝展示區。在院子裏配有自己的停車場，挺好的。不過早餐種類實在太少了，可能是住客比較少？ 衞生：整體還可以。帶寵物入住，所以觀察的比較細緻。地板等角落還是有比較明顯的灰塵和污垢殘留，特別是窗簾和窗台的結合處，以及洗手池等靠下的位置。 環境：周邊道路雙車道，但因為路邊停滿了車，所以周邊的交通比較複雜，開車來的要注意安全。 服務：服務態度不錯，主動問好。但還是有不滿意的地方，比如我當時雙手和肩膀上都有行李，沒有人幫忙拉一下酒店的門（屬於加分了，沒做到也沒關係）。還有就是我在晚上10點左右，打前台電話想要多送兩瓶水，3次都無人接聽。直到晚上11點多打了第四次才有人接。

酒店房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，房間大，服務周到熱情，位置很好找，床品特別舒適，離柳巷鐘樓街很近，博物館都很近，停車很方便，停車場很大。早餐很好吃，很豐富。網絡很流暢，性價比高，有機器人，很便捷。以後有機會還會再來，強力推薦給大家。
