衹能説不是很好，訂的房間床單破了很大的洞，花灑的接管處也壞了，打開後不停的漏水，窗户也衹能打開一條縫。最後，隔壁的情侶半夜説話到了1點多

房間一般，設施維護的不好，洗手間漏水，服務責任心不強，房卡每次都刷不開門，住兩晚感覺一般。請加強服務，讓賓客有到家的舒適感。

交通方便門口對面就有公交站，太原火車站也不遠，前台服務到位，設施還不錯，8樓有洗衣機、烘乾機很方便，附近沒甚麼吃的是唯一的缺點。我們住11樓晚上很安靜一夜好眠。

近年旅行基本都選擇了漢庭酒店。這次去太原住的漢庭酒店（火車站店）、一如既往地滿意。一是管理規範，二是衞生好、設施物品齊全、床被枕頭舒適，三是服務質量高、諮詢的交通及景點等問題都千方百計給以解答，四是價位還不高。總之、性價比很高。

這家酒店的服務真的太好了！從入住到離店，每一個環節都讓人感到賓至如歸。前台的接待人員非常熱情，耐心解答了我所有的問題。客房服務也非常到位，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着非常舒適。”

洗澡水量足水温高，滿意。前台和保潔大姐服務都熱情周到，點贊！距離太原站真是太近了，晚上休息環境挺安靜的。12樓有餐廳，早餐也不錯。

第一，服務態度超級好！真的要誇誇漢庭的前台小姐姐們，服務態度超級的好！！已經在漢庭住了三四次了，每次來太原住火車站旁邊都選漢庭！
第二，房間乾淨整潔。有空調，完全不冷。洗澡有熱水，特別熱。住了幾次房間都很好！
第三，酒店位置好！離火車站非常近，去其他著名景點也很方便，打車還是步行去柳巷都非常ok。
第四，酒店有早餐。六點從酒店出發去景點，酒店給準備了兩份早餐。包括牛奶，兩個雞蛋，包子，饅頭！真的很感謝啦！

環境：漢庭的風格，沒什麼好説的
設施：設施齊全，隨時都有熱水，就是隔音不太好
服務：前台小姐姐性格好，保潔員整理的衞生也很到位，把東西放在房間裏也不用擔心會丟
