I made a reservation for a double room (queen size bed), but when I checked in, I was told at the front desk that it was a semi-double bed. After negotiations, I managed to change the room, but if I had kept quiet, I would have fallen asleep. Correspondence of the front desk was not very satisfactory, too.

飯店離阪急及JR車站都很近，還有阪急百貨可以逛，走去寶塚劇場也很快。
一樓餐廳的早餐也很好吃，想要嘗試日式早餐這也是不錯的選擇，粥很好吃不軟爛，吃得到米粒

チェックインその他の手続きにについては問題なし。
施設が、故障している事（大浴場が修理中である事）が、当日知らされ、それに対する対処が部屋の小さな浴室の利用であった。
広いお風呂を期待して、このホテルにしたので、少々残念でした。
また、浴室のユニットに隙間があり（洗面台の下）、水が入ってしまうのが、あまり印象が良くなかった。
場所的には、こちらの用事にぴったりであったので、このホテルは、リピートしたいところである。

宝塚ワシントンホテルでは、キャンセルを了解頂きましたが、トリップコムではホテルで対応出来ないとの嘘で、キャンセルしてくれませんでした。

服務很好！但是酒店真的太老了太舊了，地毯也很臟，被子是一個大罩子蓋着太難受了！吹風機裏全是土，應該不會再次光顧了
