The room is very cosy and clean with a large comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is excellent. I stayed for 3 nights. There are various restaurants and eateries nearby. The Christmas market was just around the corner. The stay was comfortable except that the shower head was faulty. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done to fix it, so it was horrid to shower in that room as the water pressure was so weak and water was leaking from the shower head. The front desk staff are very serious and polite and most of them do not smile.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.
