The front desk is friendly and the bed is comfy. But the equipment is old, no free mineral water is provided, no cleaning is done every day, and there are small putty bugs

My husband and I took a short trip to Tampa to enjoy a night out and dinner at the Bahama Breeze! This location has a private entrance to Bahama Breeze and has an absolutely beautiful view of the water! It is a prime location and is a safe area to be in. The hotel is older so there were a few flaws, but overall the stay was comfortable. To top it all off you get SUPERB customer service from Jake and his co-worker( I cannot remember his name)! They do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and are knowledgeable about the area. Many companies could learn about top tier customer service from those two gentlemen!

Jake at the front desk was very informative, courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean. I like the fact that they have a shuttle service and breakfast is included, however, they could offer more choices such as bacon, ham, and a variety of different breads. Note, the equipment used for cleaning the grounds was quite noisy while we were trying to relax. Example, the sprayer/washer and leaf blower. Otherwise we had a nice vacation. Thank you.

The Rocky Point location can be very convenient. This hotel is in an old Residence Inn facility with each room having its own entrance and what were very nice amenities when the hotel was built. The low rating comes from mediocre maintenance of the property and no evidence of much training for the staff on how to treat guests with respect.

Chase Rocky point hotel is a nice facility they keep everything clean and the room is nice and Spacey feel like you're in an apartment feeling.

Suites are very nice, big and clean.
Room and atmosphere feel very comfortable and homely. Great location being next a nice social Bar and Grill, Bahama Mama

The shuttle wait was over an hour (during the middle of the day) after I called for it. The "hot breakfast" never showed up--staffing issues apparently--but there was nothing offered in its place. One would think that the manager would have sent someone out to get granola bars, rolls, something. Given these were two of the criteria for my stay, it was very disappointing. However, bed was comfortable. The property is also close to almost nothing other than lots of other hotels/condos.
