hotel is very decent for the price. breakfast was good as well. only bummer was elevators werent working but the staff assisted in carrying them

I was surprised that a such hotel would have only 1 elevator working out of 3 and the hotel is 8th floor .Every time we use the elevator to go anywhere, you will wait a minimum of 5 minutes to just arrive! Room service was really bad . I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights my room got done twice only . It's really disappointing

Excellent customer service. Complimentary shuttle from the airport and around nearby locations. Convenient shopping mall within walkable distance. Clean, beautiful, updated rooms.

My wife and I flew down to celebrate our honeymoon and my father-in-law’s birthday. In addition to booking a pool-view suite for us, I also paid for a separate room for Luis Lecaros. Upon arrival, we encountered significant noise disruptions due to large soccer families being hosted at the property. The noise level was excessive, forcing us to relocate to the 11th floor in the tower. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to ask children to stop playing in the hallways, which detracted from the relaxing experience we anticipated. We were also unable to enjoy the pool or the outdoor lounge area, as these spaces were consistently occupied by the soccer families each evening. This greatly limited our ability to use the amenities we had paid for. Additionally, we experienced issues with hot water availability. Each morning, there was very little hot water, and on the day of our departure, we had to take cold showers before catching our flight.
