1 elevator did not work for entire stay. Name plate selling error in lobby: exercise was spelled "excercise". Our room had no desk when all pics on website show desks in toom. Because we had a sofa desk, I'm assuming the desks are removed. The main floor bathrooms are locked when pool is locked. Receptionist said it was somehow due to location with pool, but pool door is locked. Lastly, there is no 24 hour lobby coffee. I wake at 4 am and since no desk in room I default to lobby. Food aarendant show betwine 5 and 5:15. There were 3 desk people at 4 am, every day.

Stayed two nights. Housekeeping didn’t show up the next day. Had to get towels and wash clothes the laundry.
Breakfast was good. Walking distance to mall was a plus.

The lady who checked us in was super helpful and let my whole family check in before check-in time which was helpful since we were exhausted from our cruise

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and informative! The room provided all that was needed, except the thermostat was not responding correctly. The room temperature was freezing and would not respond to raising the temperature. I would consider booking another reservation.

We truly had an amazing stay and this super comfortable, convenient, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, and the convenience of the free airport shuttle plus really decent breakfast included was a no brainer. Not to mention the spacious and comfortable suite. Also, plenty of great places to eat and shot within walking distance. Like any 3 star hotel, it's not luxury and some things in the rooms are a little outdated, but it's kept up really well and everything else makes up for it. Great value and convenience all around.

Other than the fact I was given a suite with bedding that had a dry poop spot as soon I removed the covers.. had a great time with the hotel plan to come again. I also apologize for the inconvenience of my bath bomb staining the bathroom tub I tried to clean it up but I couldn’t.

An hour after checking in, came out of the bathroom to see somebody in dark hoodie looking into my room through the sliding glass door, called the front desk and they called the police. Front desk was great, Police came to escort me out of the room, and I went to another Marriott. The area did not feel safe at all. Police came back again for another incident while I was waiting for my Uber to the other Marriott.
