The door to the room could be opened just in a half - problems with a door or floor. Narrow curtains - the light outside disturbed at night. BUT Quite friendly staff - the registratoin was fast and friendly. Good breakfast - homemade tasty dishes. Nice location - inside downtown. Why so low rate - I made a booking of this hotel on other site - after posting the feedback they cancelled my booking and deleted review whith feedback that I was not living there. Absolutely unfriendly behavior after staying there.

Nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Wifi is good, plug sockets on each side and a quiet AC unit. Good location for walking down into the centre (takes 5-10 minutes) with lots of bars and restaurants near.

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights--prepaid by our tour company. The hotel says 3-star, it isn't. Maybe a 2-star. The personnel are great, wanting to help. The rooms are very small, cramped. Two adults with two suitcases need to be very nimble to navigate the room safely. The location is in the 'Old City' that is the place you want to stay, just in another hotel.

This is one of worst place I know. It is almost impossible to find it, then you get a tiny room with no day-light, no room for 2 suit-cases and our room was not the only one without day-light. The breakfast was served in a unfriendly, cold basement, to get it we had to weak up the receptionist, on the 2nd day there was no breakfast, the lady on the reception refused to understand English, so we went to a bakery and had a fine breakfast. If you need a place for some hours rest to wait for a plane, it might be ok, but it is not a hotel. In Georgia in general you have to be very, very careful with ratings !!

Great location and very helpful staff , they helped in every possible way , They were very friendly and they made my stay there great , I would definitely recommend it for short and on a budget staying …… ………………………………………………………………………………………….

Кроме кровати и душа с туалетом ничего, что я прочитал в отзывах я не нашел.Если вы с чемоданом,то поставить его некуда. Никакого завтрака в отеле не подают. В душе не предусмотрена дверь и вся вода льется на пол. Высушить полотенце не возможно.Проветрить комнату тоже проблема. Комната на первом этаже и окно естественно с плотными шторами.Хорошо,что остановился на 45 часов. Две ночи и один потерпел.

Отель полностью оправдал свои ожидания. Очень чисто , комфортные номера и приятный персонал. Фото полностью соответствует действительности. Приятно, когда люди относятся к своему делу с отдачей и ответственностью.

Ужасный отель, холодный маленький сырой номер. Никак на фото. Бронировал через букинг, Менеджер позвонил, сказал что в номере тепло, я говорю нос уже холодный стал, он мне говорит докажи. Конечно я вскипел, потом они паспорт не хотели отдавать. Стали орать кричать что мы их оскорбили. Далее была атака на мою карту по списанию оплаты. Хорошо, что есть ограничения по платежам в интернете. Обходите этот гадюшник стороной!
