I had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. Upon arriving, the security staff not only refused me entry, but shockingly, they also treated me with blatant aggression and even resorted to physical contact. This encounter left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
Additionally, the cramped size of the rooms added to my discomfort. A hotel's security team should prioritize the safety and comfort of its guests, and it's utterly disheartening to encounter such behavior. This deeply unsettling incident, combined with the lack of space im my room, has severely marred my perception of the hotel. It serves as a stark reminder of the crucial importance of respectful, professional, and compassionate customer service.
