I really enjoyed staying at Selina. I wish it was more than one night. The location is amazing and the staff is great. They were very helpful and friendly and help with anything and everything I needed. I stayed at a private room so I can't comment on the shared rooms. I think the place is better suited for younger crowd but everyone can enjoy the place.

we had a very bad experience, and 0 service during our atay, and after. we took the suite, which was a lausy small bedroom. water from the shower got inside the room, and the stuff couldn't even give us a towel. the cook haven't showed for breakfast. we got no money back, no breakfast, and no answer, even after 4 months of trying to get compensation.

The worst experience ever. We stayed in Selina Tel Aviv and a lot of our money in cash went missing in our room. Me and my friends were the only ones staying in that room. the security cameras show that Selina’s staff went inside the room more time than what they needed in a very suspicious behavior. One person inside and another one outside in the corridor checking in case someone might appear. The manager keeps as waiting for a response. As clientes we deserve that they take responsibly for their staff. WORST SERIVICE EVER.

I came early because of the traffic and there’s no one in the reception for the past 30 minutes now so I’m stuck here waiting. Don’t try the number on the phone it’s useless. No we’re in the world I’ve encountered situation like this. Usually you come, put your luggage and off to your day and come back later to do the check in .

What this place fails to mention, is that some of the rooms are located in the rear of a restaurant which you have to walk through to get to the rooms. They also seemed to forget to mention that the restaurant is loud. Extremely loud. I mean...VERY loud, with extremely loud music playing until 0100 in the morning. Mixed reaction from the staff when I talked to them about how difficult it is to sleep with a loud restaurant right outside my door. One young lady was very apologetic and tried to find me a different room, but there weren't any. Another young lady was quite rude, informing me that the description on ******* indicated it was a "restaurant" room. Actually, ******* does indicate that certain rooms are "restaurant" rooms, but there is no description as to what this actually means. There is nothing to indicate that the rooms are 10 feet away from one of the loudest restaurants in Tel Aviv, and play music into the wee hours of the morning. How is a traveler who is unfamiliar with the property supposed to know what "restaurant room" means? Additionally, many of the restaurant staff consistently left their scooters in the hallway and in the shared restroom of the hotel area. One of the hotel staff told me that "they're not supposed to do that", nevertheless every day I had to climb over a scooter to leave the room and to use the bathroom.

Selina is the worst hostel chain I have ever come across! I was overcharged by $300, noone cares or is trying to do anything to resolve the situation. MORE THAN ONE MONTH LATER I have still not received my money, only excuses as to why it is still not in my bank. They do not care about their customers, only money. I am now going to have to sue them to get the money back as they are doing nothing about it.

Hello. I visited Selina with my sister and mother. We stayed there for two nights. My sister paid an exorbitant price for a room, which although being capacious, offered only basic amenities. Such prohibitive price does not make sense at all. On the night of our arrival, only two beds had been made only we were three. For what we had been charged I would expect a better service. Moreover, prior to our locating the place, we had made several phone calls to the receptionist.All those phone calls went unanswered. When asking why, he told us " sorry, buy I didn't hear". I wouldn't expect to get such an irresponsible reply for the price we had been charged of. In addition, one of the young ladies catering for the guests' needs was a bit surly in her attitude. Again, for the price we had to pay, I would expect to get a more genial and cordial attitude.. All in all, it was absolutely not worth . . -the price
