I was very unimpressed with this hotel. Lobby has lots of nice seating and room for meetings, but it seems they do not plan on reopening their in-house cafe, and with NOTHING close by, it means zero options for food. Their breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and boxed, preservative-filled pastries. The hotel sits within a mostly-empty office park, and is bordered by a river on one side and a highway on the other - nothing is available to walk to and the delivery options are limited. You will need a rental car. There is no hot tub, and the pool was closed for no specific reason. My room had a broken light switch, broken deadbolt, rusty patches in the bathtub, and it was stuck in shower-position, which made it difficult to fill a bath. And I was erroneously charged for two separate (expensive) snack items from the limited hotel shop. Next time I will choose a hotel closer to shops and restaurants that has more to offer.

Definitely enjoyed our visit to the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. Our room seemed to be updated and very comfortable. The room had a full size bed with a small coffee bar area. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows provided for a couple of nights of good rest. Every morning we woke up and were able to get a good breakfast to start our mornings off. The hotel has a swimming pool which we did not have the time to use but the workout facility was small but ample enough to get a decent workout. A major plus was the fact they had a charging station which we were able to use to charge our vehicle. If we are ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again. The amenities plus the price makes this a good deal.

We just got back from taking our kids on a couple nights away trip and I must say the rooms are Clean and the AC worked very well . Grab and Go Breakfast was decent and everyone found something. Lots of Games Outside and pool is small but kids didn't mind . Staff was always helpful. I had to go down to front desk and purchase a couple of things and while I was waiting my turn this woman was screaming at the girl behind the counter it was awful to witness this type of behavior but she was very rude even outside with other guest . After the crazy lady Ieft I spoke to the young Lady working and told her she was extremely professional and should not have been treated that way . She thanked me and helped me with whatever I needed the entire stay . Rebecca this Company is so lucky to have you . You were so Helpful with not only my family but with any Guest that needed something. When Rebecca's shift was over another young lady Shirley came on and she again was Helpful , always greeted us with a smile. Bravo sonesta you have quite the Staff . Thank you Girls so much for making our trip Amazing . We will be back soon !

Checked in to the hotel at 3:45 am on a Monday and all seemed okay. Found it odd that there were high velocity fans all throughout the lobby. Slept a couple hours and woke up to take a shower and there was no hot water. Boston in February is cold and the water felt like ice. Called the front desk and they apologized, but let me know that they were working on it. I had to take an ice cold shower Monday morning. Monday evening I came back to the hotel with a desire to take a hot shower to warm up and guess what, still no hot water. Called the front desk and they said it was fixed, but only to the 3rd floor and I’m on the 5th. I asked if they were going to offer guests a credit or something and the girl at the front desk said no and that if I wanted, I could move to a different hotel. When I checked in, I did request for my room to be serviced, which is every other day. Wednesday evening I came back to my room to find it had not been serviced yet. I went to the front desk to get towels and the lady at the front checked and said she would be sure that my room would be serviced on Thursday. Thursday night I came back to the room and guess what, no service completed. I’ve been staying at this hotel for 17 years as I travel often to the area for work. It’s sad how far the service level has fallen over the years. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.
