外地來天水旅遊的，因為對這邊不太瞭解選擇了這個酒店，準備洗澡發現房間有蟲子，獨立衞浴那裡，找前台説沒有房可換，要麼退房，因為已經十一點多了沒辦法最終找的保安大叔去房間抓，然後蟲子不見了就多要了兩雙一次性拖鞋穿着洗，洗澡的時候，下水道全堵水根本下不去，阿姨第二天收拾也沒有解決這個問題，不想説了已經。前台態度挺好的還給我們延遲了一小時退房，就這些了，衞生條件有點差，我們兩個人訂的標間，我朋友床上還有頭髮，是晚上剛入住的時候發現的，趕緊整改整改吧。

房間挺好的，最主要的是前台服務人員態度很好，在伏羲廟古城人超多，沒及時去酒店登記，前台人員耐心的詢問，第二天早上詢問胖子魚火鍋相關問題、麻辣燙問題，都耐心做了回答，以後有機會去天水還可以選擇她家，離市區也方便

看網上開業時間挺久對環境心裏沒報太大期望，主要想着地理位置優越，去哪都方便，但到了酒店感覺挺物超所值的，房間環境衞生都不錯。訂的時候看的入住時間是14點以後，結果早上到的早，想着先寄存下行李。酒店前台服務很人性化，告訴我訂的房型已經有人退房了，可以讓客房阿姨馬上打掃，設施也挺齊全，拍了兩張圖片給大家參考。天水是個文化底藴特別豐厚的城市，麻辣燙也很好吃，這家酒店也不錯，推薦給大家

很少在網上點評訂單，這次一定要點評一下，酒店服務真的超級好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，一進大廳樓梯的設計也是非常喜歡，一個女孩子出門拿的東西比較多，工作人員幫忙提到房間，第二天退房之前前台主動打電話問需不需要幫忙提行李，其實就是一個小小的舉動讓出門在外的我非常感動，真的推薦

聽酒店重新來了管理隊伍，酒店房間衞生乾淨，交通便利，在天水師範學院對面，周邊餐飲價格很親民，酒店有免費檸檬水，服務人員小張態度很好，強烈推薦。
