Premier Inn Tiverton

We stayed here several times over a few months. The staff were always friendly and helpful, rooms always spotlessly clean.

My husband is paralysed and uses a wheelchair. Getting in and out of the car is a big deal, so to arrive late at night at the Premier Inn to find no disabled parking because a staff member had parked in it was pretty upsetting. Had he been alone it would have been impossible. We had to go up in the lift to reception to get it moved and then back down to park. No staff at reception and then finally came out of back room after 5 minutes. In the room, accessibility issues continued. Showerhead placed out of reach for a wheelchair user, toilet seat loose, filthy shower seat and wetroom corners, sheet not fitted properly which can cause bedsores, shower curtain too rusted up for husband to draw. Big fat fail for a company supposedly accommodating for the disabled.

My son and I stayed at your hotel for 11day (4 th to the 15th April. It was Only meant to be for 4days but extended it twice. The food was very good. Shout out to Ash the cook and the team. The rooms where lovely and comfortable and felt very homely and clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception staff where amazing and helpful. A big shout out to Tegan made our stay memorable and we will be back. Many thanks

Lovely clean hotel, good location and felt modern and up to date. All staff have been friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. A lovely evening meal with a beautifully cooked steak. Special thanks to Tegan who made our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel really enjoyable, especially for my son, making sure his evening meal was exactly how he wanted it and ensuring his choice of fruit was available for breakfast. We will be returning.

All staff are amazing, they were all so polite, welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable and had a bath too (a personal best thing ever) and Tegan was more than happy to help with not one but two personal requests which made me stay perfect. Alongside one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten, so thank you to the wonderful chef too. 🙂🙂🙂 I had a perfect trip away.

Hotel was up to normal Premier Inn standards but the parking was a nightmare. Staff did not seem fully aware of the restrictions and costs of parking. I had to move car soon after I arrived, then pay again at 8:00am as I would not leave till 9:00. They really must come to better arrangements with the carparks, and give better clearer advice to guests.

Just stayed for one night for a business trip. Room was clean and comfy and hotel quiet. No parking on site but easy off road parking (for a fee) ...fantastic breakfast. If I stay again I will definitely eat my evening meal here as it all looked lovely (and had a rubbish meal elsewhere!!) Well worth the money.

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. When we're staying away from home, we need somewhere reliable, where we know what we're getting, and where they understand the importance of peace, quiet, comfort, and a good night's sleep. Premier Inn (and the Tiverton hotel in particular) understands this. It's simple, straightforward, but provides everything we could possibly want. Waking up refreshed in the morning makes a lot more difference to our holiday than a trendy wine bar, jaccuzi, snooker table etc. The extra Christmas treats for the kids were an especially nice touch, and the staff are just so friendly and pleasant. We will be back, again and again. Thank you for a lovely Christmas stay.
