The house size is good for 5 pax. The location is also good as it can access both JR and Airport line easily. The bed quality is also OK but the curtains of the room are like miniskirts, not able to cover the entire window and it is passing at least 50% of the light. With Sun risen around 5.30am in summer months, it is quick annoying and disturbing of one's sleep. We sent a message via Trip.com to the owner to ask whether we could check in earlier, but they never responded. Also, the WIFI signal was so weak in the apartment, it only fixed after our complaint to the front desk which wasn't there when we checked in.

Very good hotel and very good staff

Easy self check in using the tablet in the lobby. Room has a distinct smell when you enter. Nearest station is 5 min walk. It is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhoodo

Nice location and room space are decent and have a living room and kitchen, parking outside also cheap.

The place is very nice, clean and cozy. The room is quite wide for my family of 5 it's more than enough and comfort. It's near Mikawashima st so it's easy to explore tokyo. We sure will stay there again in our next visit.

Spacious for 4 of us. The building had a total of 8 floors with elevator function and ours had the whole floor to ourselves. The water were a lil too cold with lack of pressure but we managed to fill the bath for more efficient water supply as an alternative. It was almost impossible to wash plates due to the cold water in winter so, we had to take warm water from the bath using a basin. Others were great and all amenities were provided well enough. In conclusion, the house is quite cozy and I would recommend for traveller who would like to experience a local neighborhood. 100 yen lawson store were just a building away & the train + bus station is 5-6mins walk respectively. Easily accessible to main area with bus if you know how to ride the correct one. We arrived a lil too early in Narita & called the customer service to ask if its possible for early check-in. They guided us through & we were told to recheck with staff in the building which was helpful too. We managed to check in 1-2 hours earlier which is very good because we had other itinerary after that. Would stay here again as the price is affordable & such a steal for its location!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. My companion and I were horrified to find a **huge cockroach** upon entering our room. While I understand that certain cleanliness issues can arise, the idea of sleeping in a room knowing there could be pests crawling around is simply unacceptable. As a result, we had no choice but to **quickly search for alternative accommodation** for the night. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund our payment despite having evidence of the situation, including photos and videos. Their complete lack of accountability and remorse was truly disappointing and reflects a **shameful attitude** towards customer service. I strongly advise **avoiding this hotel at all costs** based on our experience.

The room was big enough for 4 adults, but the balcony was not swept on the 1st day of checking in. Dead insects were seen laying on the balcony floor. I stayed for 5 days but the floor was not swept for days. Overall the room is big if you are not fussy about the cleanliness of the room.

It’s very neat and clean rooms and is big enough room for the family or friends 

Room itself was ok. External areas, especially carpets were in need of replacement. I wouldn’t stay there again. No one on reception when we got in and really struggled to understand how to check in. Ok if you are looking for something very basic.

A breather from the city. Near the subway and lical stores restaurants. We enjoyed our rooms because its like home away from home. Will rebook next time.

We booked room for family. The hotel has located at comfortable transportation and among of residential area. It’s easy to shopping just 15-20 min to Ueno. There are grocery stores around. Due to nearby Japanese language school, the among foreigners live here. One of such a great thing that tax free store is opposite and right side of JJ station. The last night in Japan is more convenient to pack Japanese stuffs. The stuffs are so kind and helpful though having some language barrier, last day we left luggages and came back to pick up in afternoon before leaving Japan. My mom love this area a lot and hope to visit Japan again Thanks for valuable memories. Long stay recommended.
