3/5Location is ok and the service is just ok. Front desk is not very helpful ( maybe just one of the staff problem) One thing is good is closed to 7-11 so you will be easy to buy daily items.

5/5PerfectMany review said the room is tidy but I don’t think so, the room is bigger than I expected and clean, even have a bathtub, in the lobby have bath salts provided as well, I am so glad I booked this hotel.

4.2/5Very GoodThe hotel is near a few local train stations and about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. There are restaurants and 7-11, Lawson nearby the hotel which is very good and convenient. The hotel is also in walkable distance to Ginza area which have a lot of shops, restaurant and food. The staff there are friendly and polite. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Arrived earlier than check in time , requested a possible earlier check in … after checking with the housekeeping department I waited for 10 mins and there was a room available for early check in but it comes with a fee . Paid 2000 yen for the early check in . Location wise its in Ginza so its in a nice location and 2 nearby convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart. It’s easy to get taxi too .
