Nice simple hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well as polite.
However, there are some drawbacks:
- There are too few power outlets in the room, and it takes ages for everything to charge.
- One time our towels and robes had someone's hairs on them. Towels and robes were clearly washed and ironed, but the hairs were there anyway.

Location is definitely strategic if you're a morning person, walking distance to Tsukiji market for good, fresh and delicious breakfast. Multiple subway stops and near to most city visit attractions.

Staffs are professional with well trained . All are able to communicate in English. The hotel is far walking from Ginza station about 10-15 minutes. It’s nearby Hibiya metro line.

It is in a good location with 5 mins to Asakusa line & 10 mins to Ginza line & the shopping district. They provide umbrellas when it rains. The only complaint is that the room is very small. Hardly any space for opening 2 large bags. Should have go for the twin single bed room instead of the semi double as the bed is very small for 2 person. At least go for the double room.

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic!
The staff were professional and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets.
I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel. Things did not change much from the 1st time even that was 10 years. I would like to say everything of this hotel is absolutely flawless. Especially, the staffs, they always remind of what I have asked them for and tried hardly to find the solutions.
The toilet and water shower are the best. There is only a few things that need to be improved. The morning buffet!
Whenever I visit Tokyo again, Millennium Mitsui garden will be my next stay as always.

GOOD SERVICE AND LOCATION | SMALL ROOM AND ODD LAYOUT
The service at this hotel was good, and the room was clean. However, it was much smaller than I had anticipated. I’m glad I booked the larger top-floor king room, as I can’t imagine how compact the standard rooms must be.
One thing to note is the bad room layout. The entrance door opens directly onto the bed, and the toilet, separated from the bathroom, also opens right next to the bed, which felt awkward and cramped.
While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the room size or layout, the overall cleanliness and service were good. I would still recommend this hotel, but I’d advise future guests to carefully consider the room type before booking.

I was very impressed by this hotel for many reasons. Firstly, while the room is compact, it has many handy amenities which make for a comfortable stay (kettle, drinking glasses, mouthwash cups, hairdryers)... This might sound basic, but I travel often for work and find that a lot of hotels do not stock these basic amenities anymore that make your stay a bit more comfortable. I liked the old-timey illustrations and decor, it all felt very well thought out. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk also had some complimentary spa face masks and skincare serums, it was a real treat that made it feel like a holiday. And its in the most quiet yet accessible part of Ginza, right across from a convenience store too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-gochome. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A highlight was the public bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day, and a wonderful bonus to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

Rainy day, asking for umbrella but the staff refused to give as I have checked out. I said I could buy it but the staff refused too!
Again, my room very noisy due to facing the train railways.
This was my 3rd time staying at Remm Hibiya, but I don’t think I will come again! Very bad service!

Great
MMAY WENA cozy and modern hotel located next ginza main shopping streets ( a road crossing) . Love the theme interior design of hotel even its room average small but much better than others Tokyo hotel rooms that I search around . Literally impressed by their buffet style breakfast with variety choices for our stays . Moreover, the spa in house is a WOW ! A comfort atmosphere for spa time , “me time” is the PLUS as not crowded as others spa hotel. I definitely will return for next Tokyo visit.

PPongchanasitThe room is a bit too small but that's fine since traveling alone. The location is great with walking distance to Shimbashi and Ginza station and even to Tokyo station (if you like walking) The area is not as busy as Shibuya or Shinjuku but still lovely! Will stay here again!!!

KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

LLawrenceThe hotel is centrally located near Ginza and Tsukiji area, so it’s quite convenient to transfer and commute between lines. The room is just decent , not that spacious but still bearable. But I love the bathroom layout though..

KKeith077852The location is great. Great choice for a stay in the Ginza area after some busy shopping. The Onsen is good enough for a hotel in an urban area.

GGuest UserOverall, a good stay. Key perk is the free coffee and 3 types of bread selection (croissant, edamame bun, chocolate bread, etc) provided in the mornings + the free fruit-infused water at the reception.
Service is excellent as one would come to appreciate in Japan!
We were a little worried they may not let our young daughter stay for free but that was sorted out via Trip.com!

LLAT07Best word to describe the hotel PERFECT! Location is near to the train station(few different station) all by walking. If U don’t have a picky eater in ur family it’s food heaven there. Extremely clean . All staff extremely friendly. Oh room kind of small. But enough for us . 2 kids 2 adult 4 luggage. Only one huge luggage the rest cabin size. Oh and the projector u need ur phone to cast on the canvas. Love love this hotel. Definitely will be back here again! Look at the bar area!

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.
