Is a beautiful hotel with Don Quijote just across, Natural Lawson at ground level and next street, there is Family Mart and 7-11.
Is about 5-10 min walk to subway and train stations. Also walking distance to Ginza shopping area.
Room is spacious where we can open up 1 luggage comfortably. There’s a sofa and the view of Sumida River could be seen from our room.
What we really like is the airport bus just stop at entrance of the hotel. We arrive and depart from there. No need to go lug our bags in subway.
We also tried the breakfast on last day… so worth it. Overall, I would stay there again if ever in Tokyo. Oh, you can also see Tokyo sky tower from the lobby.

Two adults and three children stayed here. The room environment is very clean and the equipment is new. The bathroom has a bathtub, dry and wet separation, double sinks, and a washing machine. The kitchen, dining table and living room are large, and there are all cooking items. The children love living here and feel like home. The front desk is friendly and the service is very good. Going to Tsukiji Market in the morning is one of my favorite itineraries. Very enjoyable two days.

Very good location with many eateries nearby. Nice and new, and hip decor. Only thing is the lighting in the room - I can understand the ambiance intended, and other parts of the room is fine since you can don't draw the curtains for natural light, but I cannot imagine how people who needs to put on make up can do it in the toilet, haha... But overall an excellent hotel. Did not eat at the hotel hence no comments about food.

I didn’t have a toothbrush on the first day of staying for two days. Some Ctrip’s customer service wrote that it was very good and actively solved it. I was reimbursed for the toothbrush, but I had to go out to buy it in the middle of the night. There is no hot water and communication with the hotel for a long time, the hotel customer service response is slow and it takes an hour to solve it and will not go

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu in early June and were very pleased! The hotel is located in the prestigious Ginza district, just a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station, making it very convenient for getting around the city.
Great location – Close to shops, restaurants, and major shopping centers.
Clean and cozy rooms – Compact, but everything is well thought out. The hand sink was practically right next to the bed, which seemed odd at first but turned out to be quite convenient.
Friendly staff – The front desk speaks English and was very helpful with our luggage. We left our suitcase at the hotel for two days while traveling to another city, which was extremely convenient and kind of them.
Good breakfast – Included in our booking, mostly featuring Japanese dishes. Missing the usual eggs—here, they only serve them raw.
Quiet – Despite the central location, the room was very quiet, and we slept great.
Practical layout – The toilet and shower are in separate spaces, which was convenient.
We barely even glanced out the window—the view was of a construction site.
Final thoughts: A comfortable and well-located hotel with thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for couples exploring Tokyo!

We ate breakfast at the restaurant one time. We are not used to eggs and ham and bacon cold as well as so many other foods. The drink bar was great. Not used to the flavors and most foods we had never tasted before. Had trouble with most foods flavor. Many lined up at the microwave trying to heat up their food. We didn’t return. Great front desk staff, helpful professionals with kind demeanor.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is just in the heart of Ginza shopping district. Within less than 3 mins walk, the metro entrance and everything you expect from Ginza is just right there. The size of double room is a big bigger than other typical Japan hotels but the size of double bed is consider small.

A cozy and modern hotel located next ginza main shopping streets ( a road crossing) . Love the theme interior design of hotel even its room average small but much better than others Tokyo hotel rooms that I search around . Literally impressed by their buffet style breakfast with variety choices for our stays . Moreover, the spa in house is a WOW ! A comfort atmosphere for spa time , “me time” is the PLUS as not crowded as others spa hotel. I definitely will return for next Tokyo visit.

It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive. They are always more than helpful.
My luggage was already handled by the bellboy before I got into the entrance. The staff member whose surname is 茨木 (Ibaragi?) accompanied me to the guestroom and made neat and helpful introduction to the facilities of the room as well as the hotel as a whole.
Room cleaning / tidying services were provided at least two times per day.
On the day my friend and I checked out, my friend inadvertently lost her phone at the washroom in the public area of the hotel, but with the dedicated assistance of the staff members, the phone has been found. We are more than grateful for their great help.
The hotel bar, the Old Imperial Bar, serves high quality cocktails and has a wide range of collection of good whiskies, which is a must-go if you have an opportunity to visit the hotel.

Great
JJhenevieveThe location of the hotel is perfect. It is one minute walk to Don Quixote, and very close to Ginza Main Street. It has a convenience store Family Mart just below the hotel. Although the room is not so big since its normal in Ginza area, the facilities are complete! Size of shower room is just perfect. What I do not really like is they do not give extra bottles of drinking water even when I asked for it. There is also a massage chair in the room where in you can sit and relax after a long day of walking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great
KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

RRenMichelleThe price is actually worthy for the location and room itself.
Hotel is quite new and room is decent, I booked a single room but bed is actually bigger than normal single bed. Thanks to that I can have good sleep end of the day. location is great literally only 10 mins walk from Ginza, few stops to Tokyo Tower, 5 mins walk you can find Tsukiji markets where you can find plenty of seafood, local food etc also full of tourists. It is also nearby other popular sightseeing places like Senso- Ji ( 7 stops) It is very convenient to go everywhere.
Front desk staff are able to speak English so no problem with communication for foreigners. Level 2 have bending machine which you have to buy your own water there which is unlike other hotels in other countries. Also there are also microwave and laundry machine at level 2. Microwave is free but laundry seems 7000 Yuan for one time wash.

XXPNOverall good experience!
Location:
Walking distance to subway station Higashi Ginza station (2min, 140m) and Ginza station (10min, 500m). Nearby to a lot of good restaurants (i.e., Age3, Udon etc). Lawson at next door, Family Mart at the opposite and 7 eleven perhaps a 100m walk. Very near to Ginza shopping street.
Cleanliness:
Deducted 1 star for cleanliness because there was a lot of nails leftover in the bag when they passed me the nail clipper pack. The room and common areas are clean.
Services:
All good other than the cleaners always forget to place 2/3 amenities in the room where I had to call them like 3/4 days stay. I called and asked to lend iron board and nail clipper, no follow up action from them till I called them again the next day (about 24 hours after).
Facilities:
Standard facilities provided. Good space for the lobby, good breakfast being served. No gym, no hot bath.
Others:
I love the drinks served at the lobby and their pyjamas.

RRtz2nd time staying in this hotel. Location is so convenient as it is right in front of the exit for Higashi-Ginza station (direct line going to Haneda airport). Rooms are also clean and comfortable. The hotel's onsen are also perfect for a late night soak after a long day of exploring.

WwngclncelineVery convenient hotel located in Ginza, just 5-7mins away from the metro exit.
Hotel was clean and service was good, just a downside that we were informed of hotel being closed on checkout day thus luggages cannot be stored at hotel and there was no alternatives provided to guests.
Do note that level 2 reception area is also a lounge area and when it’s night time, expect a huge crowd with loud music. We can’t hear the crowd or noise from our hotel room so that’s a plus!

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable place for my trip in Japan in the past half month. The surrounding area is very convenient, just near Ginza. The famous Tsukiji Market is also nearby. Because I only stayed for four nights to visit Harry Potter and Disney, I didn’t even have time to visit Ginza, but if I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose here because it is more convenient to go everywhere. And it was the last stop of this trip. I didn’t want to continue eating in the restaurant, so I sorted the garbage in the room and cooked four days of meals. It was very comfortable!

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.
