Nice simple hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well as polite. However, there are some drawbacks: - There are too few power outlets in the room, and it takes ages for everything to charge. - One time our towels and robes had someone's hairs on them. Towels and robes were clearly washed and ironed, but the hairs were there anyway.

Location is definitely strategic if you're a morning person, walking distance to Tsukiji market for good, fresh and delicious breakfast. Multiple subway stops and near to most city visit attractions.

Staffs are professional with well trained . All are able to communicate in English. The hotel is far walking from Ginza station about 10-15 minutes. It’s nearby Hibiya metro line.

It is in a good location with 5 mins to Asakusa line & 10 mins to Ginza line & the shopping district. They provide umbrellas when it rains. The only complaint is that the room is very small. Hardly any space for opening 2 large bags. Should have go for the twin single bed room instead of the semi double as the bed is very small for 2 person.At least go for the double room.

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic! The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets. I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel. Things did not change much from the 1st time even that was 10 years. I would like to say everything of this hotel is absolutely flawless. Especially, the staffs, they always remind of what I have asked them for and tried hardly to find the solutions. The toilet and water shower are the best. There is only a few things that need to be improved. The morning buffet! Whenever I visit Tokyo again, Millennium Mitsui garden will be my next stay as always.

GOOD SERVICE AND LOCATION | SMALL ROOM AND ODD LAYOUT The service at this hotel was good, and the room was clean. However, it was much smaller than I had anticipated. I’m glad I booked the larger top-floor king room, as I can’t imagine how compact the standard rooms must be. One thing to note is the bad room layout. The entrance door opens directly onto the bed, and the toilet, separated from the bathroom, also opens right next to the bed, which felt awkward and cramped. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the room size or layout, the overall cleanliness and service were good. I would still recommend this hotel, but I’d advise future guests to carefully consider the room type before booking.

I was very impressed by this hotel for many reasons. Firstly, while the room is compact, it has many handy amenities which make for a comfortable stay (kettle, drinking glasses, mouthwash cups, hairdryers)... This might sound basic, but I travel often for work and find that a lot of hotels do not stock these basic amenities anymore that make your stay a bit more comfortable. I liked the old-timey illustrations and decor, it all felt very well thought out. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk also had some complimentary spa face masks and skincare serums, it was a real treat that made it feel like a holiday. And its in the most quiet yet accessible part of Ginza, right across from a convenience store too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-gochome. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A highlight was the public bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day, and a wonderful bonus to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

Rainy day, asking for umbrella but the staff refused to give as I have checked out. I said I could buy it but the staff refused too! Again, my room very noisy due to facing the train railways. This was my 3rd time staying at Remm Hibiya, but I don’t think I will come again! Very bad service!
