Great location if you want to visit Asakusa, nearby has Uniqlo, Donki, a lot of shops and restaurants.
We stay at 2nd floor, not able to have a nice view of Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree view.
Paid laundry machines at 2nd floor but only 3 units.
Comforter and pillow with some stains, found 2 long hairs in one of the pyjamas, toilet with urine smell. Not all staff can speak fluent English but they try to help. Overall is good location, but needs to improve the cleanliness.
Check in and out is easy. Only 5-6min walk from metro entrance. The room is spacious for us which can open 2 big luggage fully on the floor. Room is near and clean. The bathroom is spacious as well with standard bathtub. The water pressure is good. Free drink (ice water, coca cola, coffee, fruit juice) is provided from 2pm-10pm. Overall we have great stay experience
I went to Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro with my son, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!
Just above the railway line, a typical business hotel, the rooms are relatively large in Japan. The breakfast is OK, after all, it is a one-night stopover hotel.
I found the hotel by myself. After comparing for a long time, it is finally good! 1. The location of the hotel is good. It is in Bunkyo District. It is super convenient to buy things at Don Quijote downstairs. There is also a pharmacy inside. The cucumbers are super delicious! Buy two bags every day! The hotel breakfast coupons can also be used! There are many things to eat when you turn left out of the hotel! 2. The room is not small, everything is there, and it is clean! 3. The breakfast is the same as the old three, and it tastes good (see picture). It is not okay to eat it every day. You can buy some sandwiches, cucumbers, Meiji milk, and instant noodles at Don Quijote downstairs! 4. Opposite the Dome Amusement Park, there are also many things to eat! 5. There are free toiletries on the fourth floor, including facial masks, which are free to take! Except for the lack of Chinese waiters, everything else is good! The hotel is very cost-effective!
This is my second time staying at the Richmond Hotel. I had a good memory of staying at the Richmond Hotel in Oshiage Station before, so I stayed there again for this trip to Tokyo. I don't know if there are any particularly great features, but the location is very close to Tokyo Tower, so you can see the various Tokyo Towers during the day and night while walking to and from the hotel. It's also close to Tokyo Metro Daimon Station. There are many 24-hour McDonald's and Family Marts nearby, so it was convenient to grab a snack or a late-night meal. Tokyo Tower View Restaurant!
The environment is quite clean and various mobile phone chargers are provided in the room.
It's a short walk to Mitaka Station.
Facial cleansers, toothbrushes, etc. are provided in the check-in lobby, and you can take them yourself.
Friendly staff, ample amenities, clean rooms and great location right next to SkyTree makes it a great choice to stay. Close to the metro, easy access to and from the Narita Airport via Sky Access.

Room is abit small so you can only open one luggage at one time. However room is clean and you can select the type of housekeeping service you want!
Plus free coffee at lobby and drinks at specific hours! 👍

JJack0811There is also self service laundry in the hotel which was really convenient for those who packed lesser clothes and wants to wash during their stay.
