The hotel was clean and room’s spacious. The beds were comfortable and our view over the river was lovely. We had plenty of choice at breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Nothing available in room even in special suite needs an improvement

Really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Premier Tonglu. Got a nice welcome by the front desk manager Elaine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall service has been excellent. Will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tonglu

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

Booked a parent-child room in the Undersea Column, which is particularly convenient for living with the elderly. The room was big and clean. The facilities are basically intact. The living room faces the Fuchun River, and the scenery is beyond words. The front desk staff, Yue Yue and Xiao Lu, were enthusiastic and answered all questions.

The hotel is next to the Fuchun River. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The room is very large. The room with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms is suitable for a family vacation. The room is equipped with a washing machine and a large refrigerator. There is a kitchen stove for cooking by yourself. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel for dining. Very convenient.
