滿意滿意，位置很好找，就在梵凈山大道上面，晚上夜景非常棒，房間很大，住宿條件也好，前台接待小陳和前台經理免費做了一個升艙，服務棒棒噠，下次一定還要入住這裏。

挺不錯，房間乾淨，有按摩椅子，白天忙完了回到酒店還可以按摩享受一下，讓全身心得到放鬆，感覺很不錯，每次來到銅仁出差基本都是住這裏推薦。

酒店很大，地理位置優越，江邊風景不錯，房間乾淨衞生。這次住在B座，房卡寫着850？，看了直接上到8層，但是電梯門打開黑燈瞎火的，嚇死個人！好在我們人多，仔細研究了一下回到了5層。給前台提個意見，多説一句話提醒一下，就不會再出現這種情況了。

環境在當地的確不錯，安靜，乾淨，停車方便，早餐稍差，特別是牛奶很大腥味，希望提高早餐水平。總的來説，去梵凈山和硃砂古鎮遊玩的是首選入住酒店，可以放心入住。

酒店位置還可以，可以看江景。但服務太不讓人滿意。我這次預訂的房間因為酒店失誤沒有預留，結果説是給我升級房間，我也以為是的，從江景雅緻大床房到親子套房，結果我後來才明白，我訂的是後來開的酒店，比較新，所謂升級的房，是舊樓，當晚攜程上的房價，明顯我訂的房比所謂升級房貴的多。我明顯被忽悠了，很憤怒！為什麼不説清楚。另外，後來確實因為自己粗心，漏了東西，雖不值什麼錢，但酒店居然一個電話都沒打來問，現在很多酒店都至少會詢問顧客是否還要，如果需要，可以郵費到付寄回，所以體驗感太差。

熱水流量比較小；早餐差評，9點10分下去，基本上稍微好吃點的都沒了，煮粉哨子基本都沒有了也不加，9點半服務員就收拾餐廳了，早餐體驗不好

酒店高端大氣，前台陳飛小姐姐服務耐心，整個酒店衞生做得非常乾淨，房間設施齊全，還配有電子秤，房間隔音好，很安靜，沙發和床很舒適，而且還在浴室內設定有晾衣服的地方，早餐豐富，3星的價格，住出五星的感覺。
