This hotel is great. Perfect location, rooms are big, good food and the service is awesome. There’s a place for kids to hangout. Free parking lot.

Great hotel for families. Waterpark across the hotel which can be loud during the day. It's a bit far from downtown but can call a didi pretty easily. The staff is really nice and professional and the rooms are clean.

環境很好，很適合親子游居往，入住的時候還給小朋友送了小禮品，前台的小萌和小陳服務不錯，熱情友善，餐廳的小辮子廚師也很友好。唯一不足的是浴室的光會透到房間裏，起夜時會影響同房人的休息。

一言難盡。這個酒店是假期14天雲南貴州遊住的最後一個酒店。也是體驗最差的一個。
服務：業務不熟。1.此次在攜程訂了10餘個酒店，這一家前台辦入住時間很長，等待時間很長。等待期間前台接了2個電話，還有接待了一個客人，説上樓進了房間發現根本沒收拾，床單沒換衞生間是臟的要求換房。2.晚上9點多，接前台電話，説她們工作失誤，刷300的按金少了，房費還沒付，要我先把房費付了。好吧，她們敲門來我又刷了一次。
設施：1.本來對房間還比較滿意，結果發現，浴室的磨砂玻璃正對着床，沒有另外單窗簾！肉眼實際看，幾乎就是清晰可見。親子房也請請注意一下私隱好嗎？沒辦法，把自帶的浴巾想辦法臨時遮一下。2.孩子睡前刷牙，聽到衞生間咚的一響，嚇一跳跑去看，洗臉枱的石頭直接掉下來2塊，孩子嚇一跳，説差點就砸到腳。前台接到電話態度還是很好，來看了一下，説是脱膠了，退房的時候送了2個防疫安心包和一把傘。

酒店環境優雅！房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔！早餐品種豐富，旁邊就有個遊樂場和水世界。停車也很方便！酒店員工專業友善，細心周到。有機會來銅仁，還會選擇這裏。

整體評價還可以，就是少數細節問題，1.房間的冰箱不製冷，或者説製冷效果不好。2.洗漱用品缺少梳子，拖鞋要麼缺一次性拖鞋要麼缺涼拖鞋3.酒店停車場還不完善，停車不方便4.游泳池水温偏低，衹有24度左右，偏涼
