The Service was AMAZING! Everything was great, hotel room was clean, new and comfortable/cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fruit was delicious. The vibe fits the theme park perfectly. Had one of the best service/experience here.

We had a positively delightful experience at Hengyi in 乌镇 thanks to our butler, 格桑. He was attentive and meticulous in service both in anticipating our needs and in responding to our requests. More significantly, after he helped us to take a family portrait, he surprised us with a framed photo of the photo taken in under an hour. I was however disappointed to find a soiled towel in the bathroom but our butler quickly had them replaced by the service crew. Ask for 格桑when in your stay at Hengyi. We’d definitely be back to Hengyi at 乌镇！Highly recommend!!!

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

A very pleasant trip! As soon as I entered the holiday dungeon, my NPC butler had been waiting in the parking lot for a long time, holding the tickets that had been issued in advance. I originally booked a room on the second floor, but when I arrived at the store, I saw an elderly person traveling with me. The front desk immediately upgraded it to a room on the first floor with a yard for free. All the services were very considerate! The environment is quiet in the bustling city. When you go out, you can visit the various Internet celebrity check-in places in Xizha, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; the hotel facilities are complete and the details are in place, and the hygiene level is impeccable! In the evening, we were also prepared with Chinese medicine foot bath buckets and hot water, and the service was comprehensive. The focus is on breakfast. It was clearly agreed that the slimming and health care package was served, but we were served such a large table of exquisite and delicious food. We couldn't finish it at all! Special thanks to my butler Fan Jiahui, who is handsome, kind and has a bright smile. I will definitely come again next time!

Facilities: There is also a USB direct plug for charging, which is very convenient! The shower water in the bathroom is also very large, and there is a bathtub for bathing. Service: Butler Xiao Fan was very considerate and waited in the parking lot of the scenic spot in advance. He responded to all requests throughout the trip and helped us plan the itinerary.
