The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

This hotel is a resort hotel, not a traditional four-star business hotel. There are many British holiday tour groups, and the beach is right outside your door. The room is large and has a separate living room. The services are quite satisfactory and not as bad as the legend says. The price is acceptable.

Mainly French residents! They seem to have special ‘get togethers ‘ with the reps ! Drinks are horrible , cheap And nasty ! Food is lovely and rooms cleaned everyday ! The front of the hotel looks amazing , I was looking forward toSitting watching the world go by ! BUT You can’t use this area unless you pay 25euros a DAY to Upgrade to gold ! I did not see that mentioned anywhere when booking ! I did not see one person sitting g there so it’s not working ! We were in the Andelusian suite , dated and needs a deep clean !

It was super relaxing, really friendly staff. Great pool and very clean, and great entertainment. Food is really good and nice cocktails. Very warm and not too long of a walk to the shops , with gifts And food and drink. Overall very good and I highly recommend

More 3 star than 4 star, not what I had expected. The room was great, initially very clean but the bathroom was not cleaned throughout the holiday. The hotel was very busy, we had to queue every meal time to get a table, this is not anything I’ve experienced previously. The Wi-Fi was very poor, patchy at best, no WiFi in the room despite this being advertised. Staff were not overly friendly at times, although there were some notable exceptions. Food was ok, plenty of choice and was of a good standard.

This is my second time here and the animation team are amazing especially Saray, Diego and Danni! The hotel is beautiful and clean, there is different and brilliant shows each night. The location is beautiful as it is close to the airport and across from the beach! Definitely will come again! It's a big hotel with lots of space and different styles of rooms.
