The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.

I was moved to three different rooms and there was an issue with every single room staff is rude disrespectful and makes me never want to come back

The facilities are very old and the lights in the room can't be turned on. Not recommended to stay Breakfast is very simple, not even fruit Coffee is ok

We went there to get away for the weekend. There was a few things wrong in the room. The bathtub drain was very slow to drain. The exhaust on the tub was dangling. The lamps that are supposed to be on the wall where put on crooked, And there was no outlet by the nightstand to connect your phone. Last, but not least guests, leave their trash out in front of their doors from the night before which makes it look dirty. I would love to see some kind of better remodel in the rooms.

Definitely a lot of wear and tear. One of my rooms smelled like bleach the other room that I got for my parents smelled like someone had been staining in the room- carpets definitely showing wear and we are in remodeled rooms. Like the office / tv area separate from the sleeping area. You can tell the building is old and needs more updates but the staff have been lovely and everything is pretty clean.

I liked having a living room seperate from bedroom. Did not have enough electrical outlets. Furnishings, wallpaper were outdated. Carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty, and also outdated. Location was convenient for our hospital appointments. Our room was handicapped and much appreciated but smelled of smoke and floors were not sweeped and were stickie from not being mopped. They have lament flooring. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

This is a hotel that’s seen better days. Curtains ripped, tub stained, iron & hair dryer missing, phone out-of-order, some lights out, room smelled of fried food, towels worn. One day they took dirty towels but failed to leave new ones. Front desk responsive, but not sorry.

Property was run down and not clean. Very uncomfortable stay as the room needed a deep cleaning. We wouldn't stay again.

the furniture had been used carelessly and it showed. the walls in the bathroom had toothpaste on the walls next to the door on either side of the door and something unrecognizeable stuck on the door itself. back side area had no lighting at night and a homeless guy set up there. security for get in bldg and out was good.

At one time this Ramada must have been spectacular in its time. Now it’s old which is ok but the place has a uncleanliness feel and look to it. Too bad because it’s a cool motel just needs to be deep cleaned, new carpet and walls painted.

Hotel is becoming run-down. It was once a decent hotel. Rooms need to be updated. The tv channels in our room didnt work except for 4 stations, 2 local stations and 2 sports. Coffee table had crumbs on it. A wad of hair on the bathroom floor next to the shower. Beds were ok but rooms didn't feel comfortable.
