"My experience was great. I just didn't like that they put me in an accessible room, as there was no shower in the bathroom. So every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood with water and we would have to mop it."

"I had a pleasant stay at the JVA Fenix Hotel.
The hotel is very well located, near restaurants and tourist points, which made my trip easier and allowed me to explore the city easily.
The hotel has a good infrastructure with comfortable and clean rooms, but I missed some comforts, such as coffee options, no express or lattes available, which was disappointing.
In short, the JVA Fenix Hotel is a solid choice in terms of location and comfort, but there is room for improvements in breakfast and gifts. Considering these points, I would recommend that with some reservations, mainly for the value paid."

"Good service, but the facility is old. The shower didn't work on the first day, we didn't have a shower. The shower is of poor quality. The air conditioning is weak and old. The room cleaning service is poor. The towels weren't changed. The breakfast was good. I wouldn't go back. I think I could find something better for the price."
