They are horrible. I made a booking and payment was already done. But they claimed booking has not been confirmed and made wait at the lovby for 8 hours. What a horrible experience

I already booked at that day but when i arrived at the hotel they have no room and the staff told me like he dont know about trip.com. There's no way about their service and communication 🤯🤯🤯

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too.
Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem .
But overall, I would still stay here again

Stayed 5 nights. I thought that the room and facilities were clean and good at first glance, but the software is completely useless.
○ Even though we stayed for two people, there were only bathrobes and towels for one person.
○ I brought it to the front desk after a while, but I didn't have enough face towels, so I had to go back and forth about 3 times for room service.
○ The next day, when I went out, I asked the front desk to clean and wash my clothes.
○ I stayed at the end of August, but Ulaanbaatar was very cold due to the large temperature difference between day and night.
○ Water is too lukewarm
○The male staff at the front desk hung up while I was making a complaint on the phone.
